They have really nice scandinavian setup room. Really recommend to stay here when you plan your honeymoon stay in Canggu.

Villa yang bagus dan sangat menyenangkan staff nya luar biasa cekatan.

The room was clean, cozy and big enough for us … breakfast is good and the staff is friendly enough.

There are some blood stains on bed when I was arrived, but when I complained they change the bed sheet soon. To send ourbreakfast to room need extra charge Rp 50.000,-, never find this at other place. No slipper in our room when we arrived, need to ask first. Working isn't working well.

1. Pelayanan kurang ramah. 2. Elektrikal outdoor & pool rusak, maintenance tidak diperhatikan, mengakibatkan fasilitas terbuang 1 hari/1 malam, bahkan tidak ada permintaan maaf yang sebagaimana mestinya dilakukan oleh hospitality team. 3. Breakfast kurang opsi dan rasa kurang enak.

The building where we stayed is new and not finish yet. Still works in progress so noisy from 8am till 9pm and very dirty everywhere. We also had a very bad experience. We woke up and no water at all. We coildn't ahower and coildn't uae toilet at all. The water reatatted after 2 hours.

Senang bisa menginap di Villa baru ini Vie Hospitality yaitu Astera Villa di canggu, all staff baik baik banget, semua staff ini vie sangat baik dan ramah, kebersihan sangat baik, lokasi sangat baik, ke HoiAn hanya butuh jalan kaki dari Villa cukup berapa ratus meter. Sangat baik untuk honeymoon, tenang sekali lokasinya

The villa was surprisingly underwhelming. 1. The idea of having sand as a pathway to the rooms is quite ridiculous, as sands went into the room. Everywhere! Even after house keeping, there was still sand on the bed and on the tiles. 2. Cleanliness is questionable, as my friends saw 4 worms inside their bathroom; Further the jacuzzi is disgusting as dirt comes out every time it is turned on. Also, the towels provided within our rooms are just. Change them! 3. The service is below par, even keeping in mind the 4-star establishment-there was no assistance whatsoever with our bags when checking out. 4. People go to Bali usually with the expectation of relaxation and serenity, however the villa was having a construction that is extremely loud reverberating inside our room-in the morning! 5. The room itself is poorly maintained, it feels worn down; The stairway (inside the room) is wobbly. Overall, a shameful experience.
