在三间房里住了一晚。 房间很拥挤。浴室的洗手池/浴缸很薄，水很容易溅到衣服上。木地板已经脱落，踩上去很不舒服。有很多昆虫和壁虎。泳池很脏，应该给不懂事的幼儿加装防护栏。不要踩阳台上的绿色部分，我以为是人造草坪，结果发现是塑料纤维屋顶，非常危险！下午5点以后就只有工作人员了。想睡觉，但空调嗡嗡声太大，吵得耳朵疼。 点餐的价格还算合理，但烤鸡很美味👍 #景色很棒

第二次来这里度假，依然很愉快。

气氛非常舒适，平静而寂静，可以欣赏宇宙，山景和海滩景观完美结合。

没有通知，信息也不清晰，服务也很差，带孩子入住也需要付费，尽管申请表上没有信息……肮脏、狭窄、尘土飞扬……别墅前的建筑挡住了视线……

我一直想住在望远镜酒店，昨天我终于可以尝试住在那儿了。第一印象，我没想到工作人员会如此关心和友好。长话短说，昨天我们通过 Traveloka 预订，结果发现房间类型与照片显示的不同（可能是因为错误）。最后，我们与管理员聊天，他们的回应非常好😊。然后当天我们的车在库塔地区出现问题，我们再次尝试与管理员聊天，询问是否有机械师熟人可以帮忙检查位置。回复非常快，并提供了一些非常有用的选项。哦，是的，顺便说一下，那位非常友好的接待员的名字是李姐，谢谢李姐😊尽管我们对不能来感到悲观，因为汽车出了问题，而且我们不得不走很远，而且地点在上坡，但我们的居家度假仍然很顺利。 房间非常漂亮，价格非常值得，即使天气阴天，您仍然可以看到龙目岛海滩的美丽景色。强烈推荐，希望还有机会入住 Telescope 🙌

View yang menakjubkan. Kamar yang sangat nyaman, tetapi untuk kolam renang agak kotor.

Initially, it was a problem because I brought children, but after it was explained, it was no problem. Very recommended, comfortable, and private.

The villa was clean and quiet. A bit far from anywhere, but the food from the villa's restaurant was tasty. And most of all, they have a stunning view. It was a solitary happy experience after all. Thank you for the friendly welcome, appreciated.

I stayed for one night only in Telescope Villa. It was a wonderful holiday, quite a place, so you can feel relaxed and feel free to start another working day with a new spirit. I recommend this place and hope I can come again next time 😉

The view is amazing! The staff is very helpful, and they also gave us a high floor with a great view. The room is quite small, but it is still okay for us. Thank you for the experience:).

It was the first time we found a hotel that charged us 200k per kids per night (we have 2 kids) for staying but we could not get the extra bed because the room is too small (never had this before in other hotels, no notification in the apps, they said they cannot inform us because they don't have our phone number, it feels kind of weird to me). Indoor space was too small, we even cannot open our luggage, but the pantry area was quite big, we put our luggage there but bugs, ants and flies could get to our luggage since it's outdoor. We chose to stay here because we thought they have private whirlpool (jacuzzi), turned out our pool can be seen from the main access road to the lobby. All cars, guests and staffs can see to our pool, some cars also parked there. We have no privacy at all. No hot water in the whirlpool and our whirlpool is not functioning. The room was clean and the staffs is friendly. Location is far from the beach, need to rent a car.

Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan dan tidak terlupakan staycation 3 malam di sini. Kamar bersih, pemandangan juara, pelayanan sangat ramah, makanan enak. Bila diberi rezeki dan kesempatan, akan menginap di sini lagi.
