The service is very bad, biasakan untuk melayani customer yang sudah mengantri dari awal. The mattress is very dirty ….

The room is very comfortable and big, but a bit unclean. And also the location is convenient but a bit far from the city. Everything was okay, the hotel service was very bad, when we checked in we had to wait 30-50 minutes to be taken to the room, even though we arrived 2 hours after check-in time.

ห้องน้ำท่อตัน ชักโครกกดไม่ลง ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีกลิ่น และไม่มีการแจ้งว่าจะรดน้ำต้นไม้ ทำให้เสื้อผ้าที่ตากไว้จะให้แห้ง กลับไปเปียกเหมือนเดิม

ที่พักไม่ใหญ่มาก สระว่ายน้ำสวยแต่มีเท่าที่เห็น แขกพักค่อนข้างเยอะ ไม่ค่อยเป็นส่วนตัว ห้องพักค่อนข้างแคบ อาหารเช้าโอเค

Very recommended hotel, amazing pool with kayak.

In no way that this hotel is a 5 star hotel! There was no where to put away your cloths in draws or hang them. You can only have one cup of coffee per day and no uhl milk just powdered milk, you were lucky if your room got cleaned on the day! There was dirty linen and towels left outside the elevators for all the guest to see! Breakfasts was basic-no one to cook Eggs or bacon to you liking (fresh) The main pool walkway area was blocked with people taking photos and pool bag across the walkway causing a hazard to people walking through!

The room is clean and bright wow wow.

It was great, everything was perfect from the room to the swimming pool, recommend for you.

Sesuai dengan gambar dan ekspektasi dari sosial media, lokasi cukup jauh dari bandara, sehingga lebih cocok untuk rental mobil, karena jika naik grab harganya 1000thb satu arah, sedangkan rental juga 1000 thb 24 jam. Makanan enak dan cukup lengkap. Kekurangannya mungkin di kemampuan Bahasa Inggris atau mungkin hanya miskomunikasi, dimana saya memesan rice bowl melalui telepon tetapi yang datang malah red bull.
