Terrible experience! The staff was just a victim of the owner's ignorance. I specifically asked for clean room, non-smoking room. The gave me a reek smelly room. The air conditioner doesn't work, it doesn't even have remote control to it. Talked to the lady boss, I regretted it. She's raised her voice at me, she's a non negotiable freak. I couldn't make a refund because it was too late now. But the boss thinks oyo is her father. How can I claim my money back if I couldn't even issue a refund?! Even a no brainer can understand this. She's just ignorant and very used to complains, she doesn't even care anymore. This hotel could not even reach the basic standards. Do not support this business. YOU'll regret it!
