我们住了四晚。我们每天都要更换毛巾、洗漱用品和咖啡/茶。 淋浴水压有待提高。 衣柜家具相当老旧。 早餐不错，有些是现点现做的。等待时间还有待改善。 这家酒店的优点在于地理位置优越，房间宽敞。

沙努尔海滩上非常漂亮、干净的酒店 酒店的景色非常美丽 游泳池还不错 食物种类繁多 所有酒店员工都非常友好且乐于助人 我和我的孩子们真的很喜欢住在这里。 一定会再来的

这是我第二次入住这家酒店。我的建议是，清洁服务人员偶尔检查一下门轮、门把手、水龙头等，这样如果有什么东西不合适，技术人员就可以修理。总体来说还不错，我喜欢。叨扰。

Was here for holiday trip with my family and 1 kid. The room was spacious and big! We love the renewed interior room and the bathroom also have a big space. Love the hotel breakfast with a lot of food variety and the staff hotel was nice and friendly!

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini, staff ramah, membantu dan saya dikasih surprise birthday moment yang gak akan dilupakan. Terima kasih, insya allah bakalan balik lagi nginep di sini ❤️

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The room is spacious, and comes with beautiful balcony. The hotel is situated at strategic location in Sanur. However, when we arrived the check in time was delayed 45 mins, so we had to wait outdoor during very hot weather. On the third night, the water pump did not work properly, so we could not take a bath. We had to call technician to fix the issue. After the technician came, the issue was resolved, but it took almost an hour to fix the problem.

Spacious hotel room with balcony. Need to improve house keeping work. Friendly restaurant staff very helpful

I love the sanur neighborhood, calm ambience and beautiful sunrise and of course this Intercontinental resort making your stay experience more delightful and fabulous
