对于洲际酒店这样的档次来说，房间内的设施实在太少了。牙膏和牙刷感觉像是廉价酒店才有的。五星级酒店的标准？零！非常令人失望。房间里没有纸巾，我不得不来回跑卫生间，而且只有几张卫生纸（是的，不是卷纸）。抱歉，我用的电话闻起来像是用脏布擦过的，味道很重，非常不舒服，但我不得不用，因为矿泉水供应非常有限，更别提叫电瓶车了。请管理层重视这个问题。房间本身宽敞舒适，但小型套房的清洁度和设施非常差。洗手池里没有洗手液。房间里没有熨斗，我不得不叫客房服务。很抱歉我只能这样评价，因为在我看来，房间的价格与设施完全不符。谢谢。

我们住了四晚。我们每天都要更换毛巾、洗漱用品和咖啡/茶。 淋浴水压有待提高。 衣柜家具相当老旧。 早餐不错，有些是现点现做的。等待时间还有待改善。 这家酒店的优点在于地理位置优越，房间宽敞。

这是我第二次入住这家酒店。我的建议是，清洁服务人员偶尔检查一下门轮、门把手、水龙头等，这样如果有什么东西不合适，技术人员就可以修理。总体来说还不错，我喜欢。叨扰。

Was here for holiday trip with my family and 1 kid. The room was spacious and big! We love the renewed interior room and the bathroom also have a big space. Love the hotel breakfast with a lot of food variety and the staff hotel was nice and friendly!

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini, staff ramah, membantu dan saya dikasih surprise birthday moment yang gak akan dilupakan. Terima kasih, insyaallah bakalan balik lagi nginep di sini ❤️

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The room is spacious, and comes with beautiful balcony. The hotel is situated at strategic location in Sanur. However, when we arrived the check in time was delayed 45 mins, so we had to wait outdoor during very hot weather. On the third night, the water pump did not work properly, so we could not take a bath. We had to call technician to fix the issue. After the technician came, the issue was resolved, but it took almost an hour to fix the problem.
