地理位置优越，员工服务热情。房间干净整洁，设施齐全。早餐品种和口味均不足。

房间很小，感觉很拥挤。水槽在床边。电视遥控器很脏

酒店干净明亮，但面积不大。 强烈推荐给喜欢干净、舒适、简约酒店的客人。 床垫舒适（不软），床单洁白如新。 灯光明亮，插座充足，方便充电。 空调位置不太合适，因为它正对着床。 洗手池在房间里的位置（在浴室外），虽然不常见，但很实用，不会影响浴室内的活动。 衣帽间与浴室分开。 干净简洁，但没有提供肥皂和衣架。 浴室采用白色和绿色墙砖，奶油色地板，没有木制家具，因此浴室看起来干净、清新、明亮。 有一个玻璃衣架可以放衣服/毛巾，但没有毛巾架。 卧室里的木制家具上有一些凌乱的补丁，不太美观。 位置：步行可及的餐饮场所不多，周边环境是办公室（晚上光线昏暗）。 总体而言：舒适干净的酒店。

Due to recent flooding in Johor Bahru, I reached out to the hotel via email on 12Jan to request booking refund for stay on 18Jan considering that the flood might impact accessibility of the hotel. I didn't get any response and was hoping that IHG had better customer service and at least respond to requests/queries, regardless of the decision to accept the refund or not. This disappointed me as repeat customer of IHG in other sites.

Good place to stay with family. I booked a room with 2 bedrooms and it was quite big for a family of 4. Also, there was a sofa, microwave, and cutlery set. You can walk to Tan Hiok Street, one of the tourism spots in JB.

The 2 bedroom suite was value for money. Clean and comfy with really cold adjustable air conditioner. Breakfast was OK. Perhaps can be better in terms of the quality of the food served. Overall, good hotel to stay in at JB. Will visit again.

Great room service and food is good but lamb chop not available on day of stay. The shuttle bus frequency should be improved to better appeal to business travellers.

Room is small but has all necessities. Breakfast included as well, but location a bit secluded area-not recommended to go out alone at night. Had to pay tax of 10RM per night

Service: good. Room: small and compact. Having sinki nxt to the bed was quite weird. Toothbrush, hair dryer, provided in the room. Parking: provided for guest. I had no problem getting parking spot.

Room OK, clean and comfy, they seperated bathroom & toilet, only breakfast need to improve service and variety of food.

Very good hotel, value for money, located quite in the middle of jb city. Reception, room, breakfast every is excellent, if you drive or ride your own vehicle, you might need a touchngo card to enter parking lot.
