房间浴室的供水管道系统很差，经常堵塞，而且酒店早餐的饮料补充速度也很慢！

酒店位置相当不错。房间一尘不染。

住宿舒适干净，但对家庭旅客来说还有提升空间。 我和家人于6月2日至4日入住了一间双卧室高级客房。总体来说，我们非常满意，尤其是房间的清洁程度。特别要表扬一下客房服务团队，他们做得非常出色！ 优点（一流的设施）： 房间设施非常实用，配备了完整的洗衣烘干机和厨房。 游泳池设施干净，景色优美。 对管理层的建设性批评：作为一家以家庭为中心的酒店，以下几个方面可以改进： 没有坐浴盆：这对于需要洗漱和清洁幼儿的家庭来说有点不方便。请考虑这一点。 走廊里没有过滤水：对于经常需要冲泡牛奶的家庭来说有点不方便。在房间里提供一个水壶肯定会更人性化。 浴缸只在主卧：酒店或许可以根据客人的要求，在第二个浴室提供一个便携式婴儿浴盆。 儿童设施不足：房间内缺少游戏室或玩具套装/帐篷，实属遗憾。“儿童乐园”之类的设施无疑会提升家庭度假体验。 结论：北海馨乐庭酒店潜力巨大，服务一流。若能对家庭基本设施进行一些改进，它必将成为北海地区首屈一指的度假之选。

酒店不错，他们甚至免费升级到了两卧室公寓。

Arrived around 8 PM and the check-in was smooth. Got room on high floor as per requested. Nice view from room. Overall, it was a good business stay here.

Worth it and the rooftop pool.

First love of this brand started from Citadines Sydney. Then followed by Georgetown and Prai. I love it the moment I step into the front door of this hotel. Very hospitality by the team and greeted with a smile from Mr. Mong and other hotel members. Free flow coffee 24 hours is love. Walking distance to foodies. Definitely will come back again

It's my 4th time checking in here! Love it. This is my second home away from work and stress. All perfect! For sure I will come again. Staff were very friendly. Room very clean and complete facilities!
