水槽和盥洗室有污渍。马桶没有盖子，很脏。毛巾质量很差。

Clean rooms and very accommodating staffs.

The location is near the road and it can be accessible by commuting. However, there are no signages in the street, even in the street entrance so, you can miss it if you do closely follow Google Maps. The room we stayed is OK, however there are no toiletries provided aside from towels that aren't too clean. They have a dirty white color and doesn't absorb water too much when used as they are full of fabcon. Even the bedsheets and pillowcase are not pristine white. Aside from these, the place is OK for the price as it is a budget hotel. The AC is nice as well as the hot shower. Lastly, the internet on the 2nd floor is very slow, I don't know if it's the case for other floors but, you can barely load some apps in the phone and in your laptop. They also have a hot and cold dispenser in each for which is great. Overall, it's OK for the price, they just need to improve the cleanliness of their linens and towels.

No wifi, no water heat machine for shower, no refridgator, no mineral water, nothing … never come back again this place.

The place was clean but we have no complimentaries and the blanket was not big enough for comfortable sleep for 2 people. No elevator also.

The room and bed are too small for Deluxe. The receptionist doesn't don't know how to greet properly when answering calls. There is no elevator.

The room is small and the deluxe bed is smaller than usual. Need a bigger bed for 2.

Nice and comfy rooms they have. The facility ks quite good.

Accommodation is good, just right for the rate, clean room and T/B. Friendly staff too. But, they should put their signage on the main road in order for customers to find them quickly. Google map is misleading most of the time.

Excellent services and facilities. Will surely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Manily in the future. Thank you so much po!
