The stay was actually quite OK but the whole experience was terrible because oF Travelio. - I tried to make a booking with Trevaloka but ended up with Travelio without being informed. - Have to download the Travelio App, without it nothing works.- Had to wait 1 hour for checking with kids.- could not enter the swimming pool area because Travelio did not organise access cards (only for 1 person?) - Even worse trouble with check-out. The assigned person did not show up and we could not do a proper check-out. - We could not hand over the key to Travelio and Travelio refused a pick-up at the airport, instead is preferring to charge us a huge sum in spite of us sending the key back by post.
