Loved our stay. The rooms are large, freshly renovated, stylish and affordable. We loved being able to see the mountains directly from our window. They also have a lovely restaurant and library. I’m surprised they don’t host events.

This was a great, quick stay for us! We really appreciated that they left us our room keys (and popcorn!) up front, as we arrived late in the evening from traveling. Our overall experience was perfectly fine. The place was beautiful, and we were excited to get our room upgraded to a suite. Two notes (perhaps not cons for anyone else, but stood out to us) to mention: 1. The building was incredibly quiet. Not in a 'nice and relaxing' way, but almost in an eerie way. Like not a sound to be heard. We felt as though we had to whisper even when we were in our rooms. 2. Of the two, this is my only true con: The locks on the doors are not very comforting. There was one small and loose deadbolt on the door, and one small lock on the door leading to the balcony (which wasn't far off the ground). Personally, I find it incredibly important that lodges / hotels are as secure as possible for guests, so I would have felt much. better if there was a chain lock or other sort of bolt. Other than those two notes, it was perfectly fine for the price.

Very comfy beds and friendly staff

Really beautiful spacious room with an incredible view of mountain. Breakfast was a little disappointing as egg sandwiches and things of the like were for purchase only. But overall fantastic vibe and location.

Very cheap renovation done to whatever this hotel was before, parts of the room were falling apart and the attention to detail with the finishes was non existent. The shower door also was broken and the shower difficult to turn off you had to almost break the handle to turn it far enough so that it didn't keep running. That wasn't the main problem though, the customer service was terrible, I will never stay at any of this chains properties again after this experience.

Great property, love the design and the color of the space

We had a lovely time at the hotel and really enjoyed the space and amenities. The rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. We traveled with our dog and were able to try the restaurant but sit outside. My only feedback would be that no one cleaned the grass or outdoor space the entire time we were there. There were a lot of dog poops in the garden that were never picked up.

This place was an absolutely gorgeous stay. Everything from the front desk staff, to the service provided, cleanliness, view of the mountains, location, etc. far exceeded our expectations. My husband and I were very much into the aesthetic/ vintage inspired decor, 10/10. We will be back next time we visit the Catskills!

- Breakfast was below average — no eggs, no juice. - No bottled water in the room, and staff were not open to suggestions. - The bed was noisy - Room cleaning can be done after 2 PM ( we gave up as we wanted to rest at that time). Their explanation: “Guests who are arriving today are our priority” and in reality the answer is we are short staffed and only have one person available for cleaning My suggestion: If the number of guests makes it impossible to provide basic services, it’s better to close the property in low season rather than becoming so stingy with hospitality.

The rooms were spectacular. The fridge AND microwave were very nice to heat up leftovers. I loved the little bench seating area. The shampoo and conditioner products were very high end. Comfortable beds and very clean and spacious rooms. I do wish there was a gym. The area is very expensive and not very walkable.

We liked everything except bed mattresses which made the whole experience bad. We couldn't sleep at night and I was literally waiting the morning to arrive and leave asap.

On arrival at the property,I was greeted by the front desk and was told we have been upgraded,which was such a pleasant surprised. The room was spacious and comfortable and the amenities were top-notch,with helpful and friendly staff.Love the cozy vibes. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall a pleasant experience. Close to Hunter Mountain. Enjoyed the roominess of the loft suite.

The property is lovely and cozy and convenient to Hunter mountain and the town of Tannersville. Some excellent restaurants are available nearby.

Nice spot! I think the website makes it seem better than it is, but it’s still really nice. Breakfast is just average and the lighting in the rooms needs attention.

Great spot right next to Hunter Mountain, convenient to food and drink spots with very nice rooms and nice place to unwind after a day of skiing!
