乾淨的客房

房間清潔有待加強，地板上遺落的頭髮很多，因為手機問題沒辦法上傳跟大家分享，還有車位偏小，停車車距太近，除此之外其他都很棒！

地方不錯 整潔 廚房有爐具 但沒有餐具 沒有煮食用煲 &鍋 要租用 還要先到先得 接待處限時有服務員

The room is big for my small family. They have laundry in every room and it is convenient for us to wash and dry clothes everyday. I like how they put washing detergent in a capsule machine, it is cute:) Hotel is near motobu genki village, we had a great time spending with the dolphins :)

ウォシュレットが使えない。 シャワーのヘッドが壊れていて半分から音が直射する等の不具合あり。至急401は直した方がよい

I would like to share my experience during our stay. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. We noticed stains on the walls and couch, mold inside the washing machine, and a large glass display next to the first-floor elevator that contained numerous dead bugs. These issues made the property feel unclean and poorly maintained. In addition, the elevator had a very unpleasant odor throughout our stay. It was noticeable enough that I'm sure other guests would have experienced it as well. The check-in process was also confusing. There was no staff member at the front desk to assist guests, and the instructions were not clear. Around 8:00 p.m., my husband even helped a Japanese family who had been standing by the entrance because they were also confused about how to check in. Lastly, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up with significant neck and back pain, which affected my ability to enjoy our stay. I hope you will take these comments into consideration and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

check in process is very inconvinent

駐車場🅿️が、軽自動車専用が多く、停めるところがなく、軽自動車のところにワンボックス🚗を停めました。軽自動車以外も停めれるように広めにして欲しいです。

掃除が綺麗にされて居て快適に過ごせました。

Zeer mooie, ruime en schone kamers. Alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt aanwezig. Een zeer prettig verblijf!

洗濯機と乾燥機があって良かったです^_^シャワーは痛いほど強いです！笑　駐車場のことを聞きたくて電話したら感じよく対応して下さいました。機会があればまた利用したいです。

Clean, but toilet smelt of smoke. Need to do proper housekeeping before the next person checks in.
