酒店安排我在地牢最下便角落一間房，窗外是地牢，上邊是泳池出入口，人們在上邊不斷經過，很嘈。平台上邊有花槽，職員淋花我的地牢地台濕了一大半，我住三晚，每天都有人check in check out,但他們總說無房可換，車位不足，每天都說沒有車位要泊去酒店外邊停車位，二千多一晩不值

This property exceeded our expectations on every level. Beautiful property, warm and helpful staff, great value! Breakfast was also good. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

Great location just outside the city walls. Walking distance to everything you might want to see in Evora. (And at the end of the day, it's downhill to the hotel). Staff provided killer recommendations for dining. Very comfortable room and great breakfast.

Hôtel moderne et confortable, bien placé avec un parking gratuit. Équipe, jeune et dynamique.

The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious, and included a wide variety of fruits, granola, sweets, breads and hot food. We appreciated that the hotel was close to the city wall and easy walking distance to the bus station.

We arrived at 2:30 pm and the young lady at the desk told us check-in wasn't until 4:00 pm. We asked if the room was ready and she said no. We then asked if she would check if housekeeping could get to it in the next 20-30 minutes which she said she would. Twenty minutes later she hadn't said a word so I asked again and was told it wouldn't be ready for at least an hour at 3:45 pm. The room itself was nice. The location near the old city was great. The breakfast was good.

I stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. It's in a perfect location, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. And i highly recommend the breakfast, probably more than 60 food options. The rooms are really nice, an awesome bed, really nice shower. And the view to the pool was beautiful. I stayed in early March so too cold for the pool but it looked so inviting. And...the have a small bar. I think would definitely stay again.
