Smaller than pictured. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and views. Easy parking. Adjacent to a very noisy street all the way to 2am in the summer. Not pleasant on hot days due to lack of a/c, and difficult to sleep with open windows due to noise. The renter needs to be in decent physical shape to climb two tall flights of narrow stairs with luggage.

Brilliant location for a stay in Brighton. The apartment was immaculate inside with everything you need and worked so well for our family of 5. Would definitely return.
