I recently stayed in this apartment with my dogs, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The space was a good size for us, especially as my dogs are small, and it felt comfortable and homely. The apartment itself was clean and well presented, which I appreciated. The location is also a strong point, making it convenient for getting around. However, there were a few security and maintenance concerns. The side gate next to the parking shelter could be accessed without a keycard, while the door on the opposite side of the property required one. For consistency and safety, I believe both entry points should have restricted access. Additionally, the balcony door inside the apartment did not lock properly. I had to keep adjusting it to make sure it was secure, which was a bit frustrating. Also no plates or cups in the kitchen. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay with good potential, but addressing these issues would make the experience much better.

Beautiful room very clean lovely bottle of champagne staff very friendly and helpful. Parking was the only worry. Left car in the street around corner but wasn’t happy.

Where do I start? We stayed eight nights in one of their motel rooms. There was no microwave, no toaster, no plates, no bowls, no cutlery (except for one teaspoon). No towel rails either. Where were we supposed to hang damp towels after use? They did not change towels daily (rooms serviced once per week). Carpet was grubby, one of the two upholstered chairs was in need of a clean. We were made aware that if after the first night we wanted to cancel the remainder of our stay we would FORFEIT all of the prepaid amount for the remaining seven days. So after the first night and having decided this was not what we wanted we could not cancel and go somewhere else. These people do not care.

On arrival we went and check in. We are notified that we’ve been upgraded to an apartment which in itself sounded good. They had failed to book the car park that I booked earlier in the day after being prompt by what if I’m entering the room? There were no snacks skew Ott. There was only normal tea no herbal teas. I rang Reception and they offered that I could go down and get some biscuits and then thought better off it and said I can drop some off so that was good but only two packs of biscuits and we’re in there for two nights and they were two of us so I thought that was a bit mean next day. Our beds weren’t made. I expected the bed to be made but then when I looked on the rules for the apartment side then the rooms are serviced once a week to me. That’s not an upgrade. If your bed isn’t made every day traffic noise affected my partner so getting to sleep was a bit staying asleep with a bit of bit difficulty so maybe double glazing would help there.

Room was clean, Staff helpful, our only problem was with the dryer, which is located with the washing machine in a separate unit, however we had the door closed on this while the dryer was working, this lead to condensation, which leak out onto the ground and my partner to have a nastily slip over, beware of this as no warning signs to inform us, to leave door open while working.

We love staying at this place. Even more so after our last stay when the beautiful staff member helped me to unload all our luggage and take it to the room. My husband was unable to help me at all as he was down for surgery. You will never know how much I appreciated your help.

Staff were helpful, easy parking and room access

Easy walk to the Arkaba Hotel for tea and to listen to some acoustic music. Easy to find a street park negating the need to pay for parking, key box worked really well and map to find apartment was straight forward. 1 minor issue which was promptly addressed. Location was really convenient. Would definitely stay again!

The appartment was a pretty good price and it was clean and had comfortable beds and the reception guy was extremely friendly I would recommend to people
