Toilet fan not working, Music too loud in bar/restaurant.

Wouldn’t waste your money dirty, filthy noisy the family next to us couldn’t wait to get home to make a formal complaint. Advertise shop, but all you can get was tampons or chutney no general essentials. If we were there for longer than one night we would’ve left and found somewhere else to go. We found stuff left from the previous people that we left on the table. Waste of our money. Very poorly advertised misleading it was an utter disappointment for our two children.

The hotel had spacious rooms and a good restaurant. Did not use the pool but it was a confortable place to stay.

Property was clean and cosy and area around property was well kept. Only criticism would be seeing all the graffiti in the children’s golf area which was directly outside the property window

Would return to the North Devon resort. Very friendly and welcoming staff amd nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was clean and tidy and provided for small comforts such as teabags, coffee and milk. Very nice stay amd wish i would have stayed longer to enjoy the complex more.

Interior great! Exterior shabby. Access by exterior stairs in very poor condition. There was no dishwasher. There was only 2 of everything. 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 cups etc. Even the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Bathroom excellent with plenty of piping hot water. We had a sea view. The beach is not within easy walking distance.

Apartment tired but clean and adequate. Would like kitchen utensils to be reviewed but you get the basics. Shower cubicle could be larger given the size of bathroom. Would like the pool to be open earlier but the pool manager is a gem. All in all a good budget stay. Plenty of parking if you aren’t insisting parking outside your door. Staff are so welcoming and helpful.

4th Time we've stayed here and it gets better and better with new facilities. As always apartment was spotless on arrival and all staff were pleasant and helpful.

Property was tired room was clean but laundrette and general grounds very run down. Staff were lovely though
