The appartment was beautiful clean and spacious but what really made us upset is we did not have a working chip to circulate in the building. You need a chip to access stairs, elevators and underground parking. We would get stuck between doors and would have to go out emergency exit and walk back around to the front at the main entrance and hurry to use elevator with an access code. Really ruined it
