The hotel was awesome, located away from the city center, so it was quieter and less crowded. The overall condition of the property was superb except for one major issue: the front desk never answered the phone. During check-out, I even saw a staff member mute the incoming calls and ignore them.
I had no idea about the parking situation before arriving and tried several times to confirm my reservation in advance, but, as I mentioned, no one ever picked up the phone. It was quite frustrating, especially as a first-time visitor to Seville, Spain. A 4–5 star hotel like this should always have someone available to assist newcomers and guests.
