I reserved my room through Expedia. The first room i was assigned to was dirty (cups on desk, dirty towels in bathroom and unmade bed). I reported the issue to the Manager on duty, Marcus, he assigned me another room, same exact issue. I reported the issue again and was assigned another room. This one was better. Except i left the room for the day and returned to the door bot being closed all the way after housekeeping had cleaned the room. Also, the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Unfortunately, i had a terribly experience for this to be my first stay.

Marcus Front Desk Great Customer Service and housekeeping was very helpful.. What I didn’t like the bathroom sinks water drain very slow and rooms should have a recliner or a comfortable chair and at least 2 chairs, a microwave in room would be nice but the room do have a refrigerator and the breakfast can really be a lot better and the coffee can be stronger for the price and the area It’s ok

Hotel needs to be cleaned. Stayed here two summers ago and it has gone down since then.

The hotel looks new but there’s no pool, the breakfast wasn’t great, and we saw bugs in or room and checked out after one of four nights we were in town. They also didn’t have clean towels when the room was cleaned.

This hotel was soo nice and clean customer service was great.

Everything was clean but when we got up to shower and get ready there wasn't any hand soap or body wash in the bathroom. I know if I called the front desk they would have brought it but I was pressed for time

I had to be switched out to a different room twice. The first room the tv wasn’t connecting to my phone Netflix. The second room was on the first floor. It rained & the rain came through the window. I had a floor full of rain, leaving my shoes wet. This was my second visit at this hotel having this experience on the first floor. I spoke with the receptionist about giving me some kind of compensation. He said he was busy & would get back to me. I asked if he could call my room he said yes. That never happened. The next morning it was a new receptionist, she told me since I booked through a third party it was nothing she could do. She informed me to reach out to Expedia. I was not a happy customer & my stay wasn’t as pleasant as it should have been. The changing rooms was a big inconvenience.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was great and fast at getting us checked in. Didn't like that the bed was hard and the smoke detector flashed all night..

Nice place. I will stay here again in the future. My only complaint was the strobe light on what looked like the smoke detector. When dark and trying to sleep it was a bit bothersome.

Odd rooms with no closet/clothes storage. Very friendly staff. Over priced rooms for my taste.

Everything was great. Minus some hair on the bathroom floor. Sharonda was amazing. Her personality was so great! She made us feel very welcomed.
