Property was a little difficult to find. Location is excellent with easy access to just about everything. Elevator takes you only to floor 5, and you have to climb stairs to floor 6. Sleeper sofa is not comfortable but bed was, it rained during our stay and the skylight over the bed leaked a little right onto the bed. Apartment is very dated.

I sent a text that said we will have a late check because of our cruise schedule when we got there I texted the number that was on Expedia and it was the wrong number and Called Expedia and got the phone number We waited three hours to get in. I sent a lady she took us into the apartment.

Apartment was very comfortable, with a nice comfortable bed. Great location, nice easy walk to all major attractions. Perfect accommodation for two travelers. Only negative item has nothing to do with the flat itself. We opened the windows at night to have the fresh breeze coming through, and were bitten by lots of mosquitoes. Just be cautious when leaving the windows open. Wonderful stay, and would definitely book again!

The apartment is perfectly located next to all of the key sites in Florence, and has all the amenities you might need for a couple of days! The kitchen was pretty small and difficult to make a meal in, but we managed even though there is no sponge for washing up. The bed was comfortable enough. However, the couch was a little bit hard but if you’re out exploring all day then that’s okay! Overall, it was perfect for what we needed and would probably be back if we were doing the same trip again!

Plusieurs choses ne fonctionnait pas ( plaques chauffantes qu’on arrivait pas à étendre), frigo que ne froissait pas, des chaussettes sous le lit. Par contre les draps étaient très propres. Un numéro d’assistance que ne marchait pas la nuit… La localisation est génial, proche de commerces et à côté du Pont Veccio.. si les propriétaires refont les choses en place, cela aurait été parfait, dommage
