near all amenities like the premium outlets,restaurants etc.property is well maintained the only thing we didn’t like is the bathroom sink too small like the water flow all over the sink because it’s too shallow.and the toilet paper holder first time i saw one like that in the hotel.just wondering why it’s installed vertically.but staff at the front desk are nice.

A/c not working well I don’t feel comfortable because each time for change the temperature we have to call to the receptionist, was not controlaste in the room 😡😡

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to help us. They explained in detail how to get to downtown Montreal and then onward to the Formula One race, which was incredibly helpful. The breakfast wasn’t the strongest part of the stay, but the team’s hospitality more than made up for the limited selection. Overall, we had a great experience. We left with fond memories, and we will definitely return to this hotel.

We had to wait 10 minutes at the reception because the desk person wasn’t at his besk. The room was hot as we were not able to start the air conditionner. No remote seems to be available in the room. Instruction for the breakfast wasn’t clear. Confusion on the closure time was first at 10 than 9:30
