Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clear. The hotel’s location is in the Upper Queen St where is less noisy downtown.

Nice location, clean room and helpful staff…

Excellent stay. Came to celebrate my birthday and the staff organised sparkling wine and balloons to be delivered which was much appreciated. Room was cosy, but very comfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. Highly recommend and definitely worth the rate we paid

Rooms and bathrooms were great. Beds comfortable.

Practical location but expensive parking. Hotel itself seemed a bit outdated but our room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was comprehensive and good!

Clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff, car park very tight and small. Well priced for the area.

Carpets were in need of replacing. One room had large stain not a nice look. Day shift man excellent. Whoever answered phone during the evening and earlier in a.m. was not interested in assisting us at all. As we checked out, told man who had check us in previous day and he organised a coffee for us in the restaurant as an apology for lack of service.

It was a short stay but it made us wish to come back.

Beautiful superior king bed and linen, tidy little room with a balcony, big spacious bathroom and shower, unfortunately the TV wasn't working in the room but we were compensated with a complimentary breakfast overall was a comfy nights stay.
