Front desk at night doesn’t know how to deal with my payment request,they executed the payment with my credit card numbers left in hotels.com directly without asking, but actually the room should be charged by the name who stay not by the credit card of the name of reservation. I ask to cancel the payment but he ask me to request to hotels.com

Clean room

Clean room, friendly staff.

Pros: modern hotel, clean room, free breakfast, by the highway and quiet area. Cons: $15 parking fee, neighbors AC unit hummed so loud it could be heard through the walls and Jeffrey at check in was wasn't welcoming or helpful - I had to ask alot of questions which he gave short answers to.

Bed was comfortable. Parking should be free for guests. Near highways and shopping areas

I enjoyed our room yet once outside in the patio area there were no seat cushions. Very uncomfortable.

The facility is in excellent condition including service and the staff was cordial.

Everything was good except black spot on bathtub caulking and low water flow in shower. ( may be it is the California thing?)

Loved this hotel, perfect!

I didn’t sleep all that well due to a guest stomping throughout the night. My desk had bumps on it making for an uneven working surface. The breakfast was great. I just wish there were more variety of fruits.

On 08/09/25 in checking in at 10:00 pm the person at the front lobby had a very negative attitude. No customer service skills. However when dealing with other front lobby personnel the following days we’re very friendly. The breakfast was great and the room was clean.

Front desk associate Jeremy I believe his name is. Not friendly at all, customer service was very poor. Booked our room thinking we would have a bathtub since all photos on the website displayed so. When I got to my room the room shower was small and it was a walk in. Called Jeremy at the front desk asking if we can get a room with a tub since I have two small children. He said I should have requested it before booking. I explained that they advertised on tubs so I didn’t know that I would need to request it prior. He then asked very rudely saying that’s it right? I then proceeded to get a few tissues from the tissue box and the tissue box was placed in a cabinet and the cabinet drawer completely fell off, shortly after when we showered the rack holding the towels then came apart. Hopefully things improve but at least advertise what your rooms are really like.

Nicely equipped gym, great location and helpful staff.

This hotel met all our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing evenings. The included breakfast was a full meal, and being able to hop right on the 880 made this a perfect place to stay.
