Stunning hotel, great breakfast, beautiful interior, comfy spacious rooms, highly recommend the spa, cheap bolt taxi to city centre & airport

Tudo foi maravilhoso com exceção do chuveiro que era péssimo (quase nao saia água) e as tolhas de banho deveriam ser maiores e mais grossas.

Nice hotel near a park. Walkable if you’re ok walking over a mile to town. Clean, spacious room. Solid bar and restaurant on premises. Żabka nextdoor which was nice.

Chambre et hôtel très propre et très moderne. Par contre l'emplacement pas top. Loin du centre-ville surtout que les trams étaient hors service pendant notre séjour. Nous avons pris exprès l'hôtel la à cause du Spa, mais c'était une catastrophe. Il y a une limitation de 30 personnes sans réservation donc il faut faire la queue. Pas relaxant du tout à cause du bruit les gens ne respectent pas et le personnel ne n'intervient pas, même pour le massage qui a été au top mais malheureusement impossible d'en profiter à cause du bruit dans la "salle d'attente " du SPA. Nous avons communiqué cela au receptioniste mais il n’a eu aucune réaction... Le personnel pas très friendly non plus. On ne reviendra plus, pour la prochaine fois nous choisirons un hôtel au centre ville .

Excellent breakfast, clean spacious room

The staff were very nice and the cleaners were outstanding. The problem was noise every night outside the room. And the trash and recycling bins were just under my window. It was extremely noisy every morning at 6am, and there was no privacy on the first floor if i opened the drapes. The driveway and sidewalk were on each side so everyone was looking in. I asked several times to change rooms and was told maybe, but it never happened even the fourth night. This is not the staff's fault, but it makes the stay there very tiring, and not relaxing.

Lovely hotel which is a nice 25min walk into the main square. Modern, spacious rooms and main areas. The pool is gorgeous. Breakfast was fabulous and bar area inside and out was really nice. Only thing I would say could be improved is the balcony area - we had a huge wrap around terrace and three people in the room but we just had two lonely seats and a table which were lost on this huge terrace! As it turned out we were out exploring most of the time but would have been nice to have outdoor seating more in keeping with the overall aesthetic of the hotel!

Noisy room, just over the recycling and trash so that woke me up at 6:30 am . And the windows on the first floor without screens made it impossible to have any privacy. Plus the coffee maker was constantly out of order.

Lovely hotel. Modern, very spacious room. 30min walk from the square. The staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the peace and quiet and surrounded by the parks so very pleasant walk. Had a meal in the bar first night and nice, chilled atmosphere and the food was good, just a pizza and Nachos nut was all we needed. Used the swimming pool a vouple of times to relax inbetwedn all the walking. It was one of the main readons for choosing the hotel and we were not disappointed. Only minor thing no way of drying your swimwear. A dryer machine like in the UK would be good to have. We also used the coffee corner a couple of times but having a decaff alternative would be handy. Small supermarket next door which was handy. Would stay again. Loved Krakow and will return.

The gym could have been a little better , it was good but equipment were very close to each other , I feel that Hotel knows about this so hopefully they will amend this soon. I was confused between Sheraton and this property but i will say this is value for money and additionally center is not very far so you can always get Uber to reach center. You have nice walking /running area around hotel which is added plus.

Nice modern hotel, short ride into old town … few restaurants in walking distance and breakfast was excellent.. large room 10/10
