Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant food really not good ! It was cold outside ( about 2-3 C) and very windy. It was cold in the room, thermostat only went to 24 C. Good parking at the hotel.

Excellent hotel and staff. Room was big and clean, we stayed only one night but definitely if we return, this hotel will be our first option.

Great hotel and knowledgeable staff.

The staff was outstanding! John at the check in was so thoughtful and made reservations for us at a great seafood restaurant within walking distance. The only issue I had was the temperature in the room only went to 18° and it was too warm to sleep. However, we had lovely young lady at the front desk arrange for a fan that made the 2nd night sleep perfect! I also think the cable weight machine in the fitness centre needs some maintenance. We loved the location and the views!

Doesn’t feel like a Hilton standard. The room was small and dark! I was not able to sleep well due to noise coming from the building system. The rooms are not well insulated, everytime a room door closes, it woke me up! Not a pleasant experience. For the price i paid i could definitely find a way better option

One of the best designed hotel room I’ve experienced, we had a beautiful room facing the ocean which helped as we left the patio door open for ocean breeze. AC is weak. Hotel didn’t have room service set up yet. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

This is the newest and best by far hotel in Le Havre! The view from the balcony over the marina was gorgeous, especially with the sun setting over the beach. Everything was top notch, from the lobby décor, the restaurant and lounging area, the outstanding bedding, the room for storage, and the spaciousness -- staying here makes it very difficult to stay afterwards in a typical French hotel. The receptionists, especially Elena, Manon and Ada, were extra sweet and helpful. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away, and many restaurants along the beach boardwalk about 5-10 minutes away. I can't wait to go back and stay there again!

L’accueil n’est pas de qualité. Pas de bonjour Madame. L’accueil ne met pas en avant les sévices de l’hôtel (restaurant, wifi) on nous remet la carte de la chambre dans une enveloppe à courrier. Et lorsque l’on pose une question la réponse c’est « tout est indiqué sur un petit papier qui est dans l’enveloppe avec la carte de la chambre. » pour un 4 étoiles, je m’attendais à mieux en terme de service. Je suis vraiment déçue. Du coup, j’irai chez leur concurrent à deux pas de cet hôtel.
