After several searches we made a good decision in booking Mariahilfer Boutique rooms. It was clean , after a long day exploring the city it’s nice to come back to a room that is peaceful and comfortable. The best thing is the location, the U3 line is with minutes and very close to all main landmarks and very enjoyable walks. Kitchen had kettle, microwave and coffee maker which is handy but we did not use as we were out all day and the building is on the Mariahilfer street where it’s buzzing with shops, restaurants and bars and coffee shops. Don’t be put of by these once you are in your room you don’t hear any thing. We highly recommend and we plan to come back to experience winter in Austria and this place is where we will stay again. Zero amenities, the condition of the property is terrible, bathroom door is not closing, bathroom exhaust fan not working, the bed is broken, this property needs urgent fumigation, bed bugs all over the place. BEWARE: The staff moves your things around between properties without your authorization

The location is marvelous and there is an underground station a block away so it is easy to navigate the city. It is very close to museum quarters , walking distance. There is a marvelous cake place right down stairs AIDA . Staff is very prompt to respond and they solve the issues fairly quickly. Place is good for the price value, it is not luxurious but it is warm, safe and has noise isolation. I would just ask the staff to upgrade the bedding, besides that it is a very comfortable place to stay and I would go back.

The location is really good. Near the subway and a lot of different cafes around for a coffee and smth sweet. But no restaurants with the national food o smth, you need to go to the Habsburg castle area. The room is a bit small, but clean. The shower has hot water, soaps and stuffs for bathing. Only 1 towel per person and no feet towel, no sleepers so it was a bit uncomfortable especially when you are in the bathroom. But the room was easy to find and check in, warm and clean.

Era 1 cama de casal e uma cama desconfortavelO quarto era para 3, com uma cama de casal e outra dobravel, essa era extremamente dura. Na janela não tinha cortina black-out e a janela logo a frente possuía luz que piscava durante toda a noite atrapalhando de dormir. Quarto muito pequeno para 3 pessoas. Roupa de cama parecia que estava usada. Água quente do chuveiro durou apenas 1 banho. O pior lugar que hospedamos!!! Decepcionadissimos.

The room was very clean albeit small. Required a little choreography to get in and out of the bathroom but no big deal. For the price and location it was good. The staff were very helpful with a wifi issue trough whatsapp

La camera non era pulitissima ma forse noi italiani abbiamo standard piuttosto alti. Purtroppo la struttura non era presso la metro museum quarter ma due stazioni dopo, al 101. Dovreste cambiare la posizione sulla mappa. In camera erano presenti solo 2 asciugamani da doccia,nessuno per il visograndpomappa

Based on the previous reviews, I was expecting the worst. But honestly, the room was clean, the hotel was responded and it was easy to find the place with a good location. Also check in was very easy. Considering the location and the price, it was a good match. My only minus is rooms were a bit small but thats fine

I picked this property based on location. When you get the actual property address after booking, it’s actually over a mile away from where the pin shows on the map prior to booking. The apartment we were given felt more like a prison cell, it was absolutely nothing like the apartment in the photos. There was no pictures on the wall, the walls were covered in dirty brown marks and was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. Even after having a shower in here I still felt dirty. Best thing about this apartment was when I was leaving.

Struttura decadente, le foto pubblicate non sono realistiche Nessuna vista verso l'esterno, tappezzerie strappate, un solo asciugamano per 5 giorni, niente cucina ( solo microonde) , nessun asciugamano per stoviglie, nessuna tovaglia/ strofinaccio.

Very well located in a very nice area without cars noise.

Really difficult to find. The address advertised is incomplete. We messaged and called but no answer. We walked for ages and got lucky when we found a place with a similar name who's owner had redirected many other guests looking for the same place. Once we'd found the place, the self check in was simple. In future, we'll pay a little more and not suffer. Google maps doesnt list the place and there's no signs above the door, so even when you have found it, you still can't be certain.

Great central location, nearby underground station. Very quiet and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Helpful online reception staff.
