Booked this hotel for a 2 night stay through Expedia. Upon arrival, the office was locked. Had to go to the side window. Was there for about 10 mins because the office lady was on the personal phone call (heard every as the window mic was on). She finally hung up and said “what do u need, we’re fully booked.” I said I was checking in… she asked my name and said rudely, “I don’t have that name!” I showed her the confirmation and receipt. She said sorry can’t help u. So I asked what do I do for my refund. I was 5 hrs from home. She said, “not my problem.”I said wow, u have horrible customer service. She smiled and when I walked away she said, “f*ck!ng idiot.” The place had a bunch of people in the parking lot and the place smelled of marijuana and cigarettes.
