깨끗하고 친절하고 좋습니다. 커피머신이 있어서 아이스아메리카노를 직접 만들어먹을수있었습니다. 전기차 완속 충전기가 없어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다.(근처요양병원에 한대있기는함)

깨끗했는데 아주 미세한 냄새가 있있음

객실 깨끗하고, 직원 분들 친절, 침구 편안합니다. 군산오면 다음에 또 탑클라우드 올꺼예요.

깔끔해요. 객실이 다소 건조하고 방음이 그닥 좋지않습니다.

멋진 디자인에 고급스런 분위기의 호텔이에요. 크지 않지만 시설들이 고급스럽고 제공되어야할 서비스가 적절하게 제공됩니다. 주차장이용도 편하고 라운지의 무료 커피맛도 좋아요. 시청 인근이라 주변에 맛집들도 많고요. 다음에 군산 가면 또 묵고싶은 호텔입니다. 단 복도에서 시끄러운 소리가 방음이 잘 안되는건 옥의 티네요

Rather small, but very nice/comtemporary room. The cafeteria in the lobby is nice but, weird enough, is not to be used to eat as we were politely told. Potential customers beware.

The hotel staff were very courteous, the room condition was great (it seemed newly renovated), and the bed and bed linens were very comfortable. There was only one large bath towel and it was fraying and a hole forming in it. I asked for additional bath towels and was advised there were only smaller towels available. There was also a great deal of noise from other room doors closing and I could hear hangers in the closet in the room next to me over and over for hours on a couple of the days—not sure what that was about but it seems there was no sound proofing.

Nice place. Not bad rooms were clean and smelled nice. Make sure to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste becuase they charged me for them at the front counter separately from the room price.

가까운 곳에 편의점이 있었고 라운지에 얼음컵이 있어서 시원하게 음료수 먹기 좋았습니다. 일인실이 아늑하고 편했어요.
