房間乾淨，還提供洗衣精，洗碗精，因我們抵達米蘭的時間約11點，透過與AI訊息交流也提前入住，真的是太棒了，空間若再大ㄧ點點，這樣就有足夠的空間擺放行李就太完美了。

Oven and washing machine doesn't work.

We told them we were arriving a little early and if we could get access to the room, they said it had not been cleaned yet but that was not true. They made us stand on the street until exactly 3 pm until the code let us in the courtyard. That ruined the whole stay. Their lock to get in the door is terrible too and they have cameras watching you come and go. They don’t read their emails, I sent one at 9 am and told them we checked out early, they sent us a message at 2 stating we are overdue in checking out. They need to get communicate better. They had a camera, they saw when we left with our suitcases too. The beds were hard and the TV was small and had no apps on it so we could watch TV in another language then Italian. The first bathroom smelled like mildew. I’m sure it was from their washing machine and they purposely did not have batteries in their heater thermostat so you would not use their heat. I would not recommend.

It was a spacious room. However, only 2 people can shower at a time and then the hot water runs out. Our room didn’t have laundry and the other rooms did. It was decently clean and had a kitchen which was nice. I wish the communication was better but it was all through WhatsApp or their own app. It’s a true 3 star hotel and the location was nice because it’s next to Milan Centrale.

Had a lovely short stay at this accommodation. Was very comfortable.

The whole apartment was fabulous. 2 bedrooms and 1 living room all with air con. Plenty of space for 6 people. There is a full bathroom and a separate toilet. We heard absolutely no noise from outside despite it being on a busy street. The beds were really comfy, just needed extra pillows. There were bottles of water, tea, coffee and small milks left for us. Wine glasses and more bowls would have been nice. Milano Centrale station is less than 5 minutes. Check in really easy with a code and lift is perfect. Wifi worked great. There is an iron and ironing board. There were towels and some toilet paper on arrival. There is a small supermarket 1 minute walk and an Aldi a bit further. We used the Lima metro to get to the centre. The man at the bottom sells tickets to ensure you get the right ones. The sushi shop a few doors down is delicious and the portions very generous. The kebab shop served good pizzas, chips and kebabs. The neighbourhood is not the best but wouldnt put me off. When you come through the main wooden door its like a different world.

Nossa estadia foi agradável, ficamos no apartamento 204 e o imovel é bem decorado, com instalações novas e modernas e acomodou bem 3 pessoas. O processo de comunicação para check in é todo virtual e bastante eficiente. Não tivemos nenhum problema durante nossa estadia. O apartamento tem máquina de lavar super nova isso salvou. Ar condicionado funcionou muito bem. Único ponto negativo foi a cama e o sofá cama, a cama do quarto tinha apenas 3 tábuas finas como estrado, fazendo com que o colchão afundasse muito em vários pontos, achamos muito desconfortável, é impossível sentar na cama, por exemplo. O sofá cama da sala também era fundo no meio, duas pessoas não conseguiriam dormir ali. Para dois dias foi ok, mas mais dias talvez teria feito a coluna gritar.

Great communication. Beautiful accommodations (we had trouble with AC not working and handled well). Great amenities. Not in the best area but walkable to train station.

The sofa bed was not good, it gave me a backache. Also the pillows were very flat, so ended up using my jacket to lay on

Had a great stay at this property. Check in was smooth, you get an email with a passcode for both the gate and the room door. Very modern and has plenty of room for a family of six. A couple of blocks away from Milano Centrale which is why we chose it. A few grocery stores around the block, plenty of dining options and shopping options just a few blocks away. Just a couple of things needed attention. I'm pretty sure they're just wear and tear. On our last night the A/C in the main bedroom broke. Small water leaks out the shower when using it. Pull out bed probably needs to be changed out, it is falling apart. Like I said this is minor things that the property can easily fix and did not really bother us that much. I highly recommend this property especially for a big family like mine and I would definitely stay here again. Ciao!
