洒店位置在半島上，地方很大温泉也有多個，島上有四間酒店，本館最方便去各設施，但只有洋房沒有日或房間，日昇館就兩樣都有，去食餐最近！如駕車就要泊係酒店供應停車場，再坐洒店車去碼頭坐船去酒店。不過酒店內都有停車場，但需要提早向酒店查詢！

環境非常優美，絕對要推介，不能錯過的一間溫泉飯店

hotel is really old and long history, some area not clean enough, but overall is acceptable, just disappointed on buffet dinner and breakfast, food choice not too many, only the cave onsen attact us to try this hotel

溫泉真的非常特別，晚餐質素很好，價錢又相宜，值得推薦

Lot of facilities was under renovation or repair…One of the reason I chose the hotel is the shuttle boat between the hotel and the pier near around. However, the boat was under maintenance during our stay.

窗外风景很美，岩洞温泉很赞👍, 服务欠佳，尤其山上馆餐厅的服务不好，两位员工扎堆聊天，反而Sunrise餐厅服务更好，

住宿不錯, 服務良好, 晚餐豐富, 早餐品種略嫌不足, 因為下雨天, 所以觀日出日落緣慳一面😩

非常印象深刻的回憶， 飯店的佔地面積有4.5個東京巨蛋那麼大！ 戶外、室內的溫泉有6-7個， 泡了兩天兩夜也泡不完， 還有山上館的眺望台， 以及超長的電扶梯及很有特色的接駁船， 如果要來熊野朝聖的遊客， 建議要來好好體驗

A very unique experience with the cave onsen. The hotel was once a glamorous resort but now is tired and run down. Dinner buffet offers a good variety of food. Room has a fantastic view look out to the bay and ocean. It seems to be a popular resort for the locals.

Location : around 10 min walk from the JR station to the pier where the hotel provides free shuttle bus/ ferry pick up service. Room: nice size and view. Rather old style But i consider it reasonable as it is an old hotel. Onsen : I love the cave onsen. Very rare. This is the most beautiful features at the hotel. Meals: buffet style. I always prefer kaiseki style. But it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Buffer style is easy to manage . Staff: nice and helpful Recommended for good value for money

景色も温泉も、ホスピタリティも最高でした！お料理も沢山の種類のビュッフェと季節の料理を出していただいて大満足でした。 今回はスイートホテルに泊まったのですが、本当に絶景でした。幼児サイズの浴衣があるのも嬉しかったです！

◯良かった点 温泉の泉質が良かった 洞窟風呂は雰囲気あり長湯したくなる程感動した スタッフの対応が良かった 施設内は清潔で良かった ◯残念だった点 2名なのに客室洗面台にタオルが1枚しか置かれてなかった。 玄武洞から見える島に釣り人（男性）がいて、ゆっくり楽しめなかった。 宿泊費5万以上もしたのに、夕食、朝食が付かず、予約も取れずコスパ面でとても残念だった。
