職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。

酒店位置较偏僻，周围环境一般，没有什么可看的景观。在这么一个地方弄出这么贵的价格就需要搞些噱头，譬如灯光秀什么的，但其实这个秀也一般般。灯光秀是在酒店自己的内庭中投射的，故标着Light Show的房间反而是朝内庭的。所谓Executive的房间并没有什么行政待遇，只是有个单独辟出的房间里放了一些回软的小零食而已。房间打扫不充分，地板上有一卷毛发都没有清除、洗脸池油油的下水不通畅。早餐也不好吃，都是些廉价或回软的食物。

基本上都還可以，但咖啡杯都沒有清洗,另外就是水都沒有補齊、我相信是打掃清潔人員不用心、因為我們訂了四個家庭5晚每一個房間都有這樣的問題

Lumen is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. All the staffs are very nice, room is comfortable & big, the breakfast is tasty. The light show is a bonus! The sweetest thing is the welcome snake and new year wine. I had a good time living there for two weeks!

Gentis, amaveis e interessados Realmente uma grata surpresa a cada dia Alem do Show de luzes a cada noite (imperdivel), a localizacao privilegiada (14 minutos a pe até a Av da Liberdade) , os quartos completamente novos, o chuveiro com um banho maravilhoso Ainda tem um roof top com piscina, que pela epoca do ano em que estivemos não utilizamos Um lugar para ficar em Lisboa !!!!!!!!

Everything was very very good and our stay was great. The light show was awesome & we thoroughly enjoyed. The Lumen Hotel is a super hotel & with a super location. Would totally recommend to all.

Great staff , great room, and light show was amazing !!! evwn a pullow menu, pastries in room and expresso/coffee machine. Love this place !!!! ❤️

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The location is a bit far from the main points of interest — not walkable. Also, be aware of the breakfast credit policy: if you decline housekeeping, you’re supposed to receive a credit for breakfast. Despite having the vouchers and not requesting cleaning during our 4-day stay, we did not receive any credit at checkout. Breakfast at $14 per person daily, it’s not worth it.
