Le séjour était agréable, moyennant un supplément nous avons pu avoir chambre dans l'hôtel et non dans l'annexe...Merci. Par contre concernant le ménage,le lit était fait de façon très sommaire draps et coussins a peine remis en placent et les deux bouteilles d'eau présent le premier jour n'ont pas été réapprovisionnees le deuxième jour.. dommage.

I liked it and i knew it. So that's why i booked it.

Nice room in the center of the city.

We got a room in another building across the street. Very weird. Nothing wrong with the room but felt more like living in someone’s home than a hotel. We ate breakfast one day but the cafe just next to the hotel called Katz, has much better coffee and half the price. Would not go back even though it was clean and warm but was a very weird experience living in an apartment building instead of hotel.

Deludente. Camera malodorante e arredamento obsoleto. Purtroppo c’erano anche lavori in strada, quindi forti rumori dalle 7 del mattino

Ich war zufrieden mit der Unterkunft nähe des Hbf Stgt. Ich kenne das Royal schon viele Jahre. Werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Stgt über sie wieder dort übernachten.

Hotel impossible to find as address is just a shop and didn’t answer when telephoned, ended up booking alternative as had young child with me late at night. Contacted Hotels.com who told can’t be refunded as hotel refused so left with no explanation and very dissatisfied with both Hotel and Hotels.com

Ein komfortables Hotel an bester Lage, 1. Min. von der nächsten U & S Bahn Station & der Fussgänger Zone entfernt. Kompetentes & freundliches Personal. Zimmer zur Strasse hin sind am Wochenende laut.
