Rooms were clean & surroundings were also clean. Only the mattress on the the swings outside were not clean.

Rooms flooring is worst. So cleanliness is not good. Very poor water supply in bathroom.

Overall stay was very good and relaxing

A single charging point in a room for two. Phone connection does not work. For everything you have to physically go to the reception desk and talk. Reception desk does not have a key person for 24/7 help. No hot water in the bathroom and neither do they help you out when you report of unavailability of hot water. No WiFi in the resort. Only reception desk has WiFi. Charges are very high just for the spacious room and being located in the heart of Matheran. No convenience to guests in terms of luggage transport to Dasturi. You are on your own here. All that glitters is not Gold is how I would describe Adamo.
