Breakfast personnel were outstanding! Jenny greeted us with a smile and fresh, warm cake every morning!

Newly refurbished hotel in great location in Athens, rooms and bathrooms were nice, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, close to all of Athens major attractions. Close to tube station as well so easy access to the airport and port for our trip to the islands. Recommend staying here we had a great experience.

Amazing location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable.

Our stay was good, great location and housekeeping did a great job each day. Think check around mobility is required as we were on a second floor with only stairs which could cause other guests issues. Also a mirror above the dressing table would be useful for doing hair and make up as full length mirror doesnt have a power point near it.

Had an amazing stay at the The Residence, the staff were more than helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, can’t praise them enough. Location is superb, rich in the heart of Monistiraki and easy walking to all the main attractions. The room was also great, very clean, great facilities and even had a view of the Acropolis! Would definitely recommend and looking forward to our next stay.

It was a really nice hotel, clean and tidy, with a large room big enough for 3 people. The breakfast included both hot and cold options. The biggest issue was finding somewhere safe to park. You need to plan this before arriving, so you don’t waste ages in downtown traffic!

If you want air conditioning make sure to book your room in the hotel and not the residence. The residence rooms do not have working air conditioners.

Very clean, nice friendly staff. Although breakfast wasn’t included in our deal we had it at extra expense and it was incredible, thoroughly recommend

Comfy bed, TV only has screen mirroring, no smart TV. Cleanliness ok standard, not sparkling clean kind.

Lovely haven amongst the hustle of this central location. We had a great room (502) with a view of the Acropolis. Staff are really friendly and couldn’t be of more help.

The staff here was very friendly and attentive. They arranged transportation to the airport for us. The room we had was beautiful and very clean. The included breakfast was awesome.

Everything is excellent about this hotel except the room can hear the noise from outside. Location & room conditions are excellent.

It is centrally located, near wonderful restaurants and shopping

We loved our stay here and would stay again. I loved the 3 balconies in the room. It’s wasn’t quiet during the day, but it was peaceful sitting there with the day life sounds surrounding you. The property and room is super cute and clean. The AC was perfectly cold for our liking. There is water and snacks that do cost but super reasonable prices and it is restocked with house cleaning. There is blackout curtains that came in handy when the jet lag hit us at 2pm. The hotel is close to the Monastiraki train station and easily walkable with luggage. We took the train there and had the hotel arrange a car back to the airport. The train took about 40 mins, the car took about 45 minutes. Also close to Monastiraki Square, so much dining and shopping! We walked everywhere and the hotel was nicely situated to allowed that. The staff was amazing! Georgia was there on our last day and she was amazing with accommodating a late check out and recommending a time to be pick up. However, each staff member everyday we were there and talked to was helpful and so nice. When we thought our door wasn’t locking, they were there immediately there trying to help even though it started working when he got there. There is no elevators in the side we stayed on, but the staircases were so pretty that we didn’t mind climbing the stairs. 5/5 would definitely recommend and stay here again!
