Great property!

Found the staff to be very friendly and when they found out we were celebrating our 30th anniversary had a complementary bottle of champagne sent to our room. Very appreciated!

Great location

Our room was on the 2nd floor. The same floor as the gym. The “locker room” stench was noticeable as soon as you got off the elevator.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Greenville. Always clean and surprisingly quiet for its location. And the restaurant is excellent for a bite and drinks.

Was in a central area of Greenville. Went to a concert at the Peace Center and was very convenient.

We had an amazing stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved the lounge area in the lobby. Such a great stay!

Perfect location to explore downtown Greenville. Staff are friendly, efficient. Felt welcomed, safe, heard. Great to park the car and not need it while there.

Great overnight stay, but we did have fire alarms go off multiple times during the morning

Location was fabulous. Rooms were clean and cool (but wasn’t a big fan of the sliding glass door to the bathroom. My only real complaint is that some of the staff were not very warm and helpful.

Corner balcony room is where it’s at! Clean, modern, roomy, LED lights on the balcony, mini fridge and a good size tv. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, both restaurants are top tier, and it’s centrally located by other restaurants, the falls, trails, and other local shops. There was always something to do and going on within a 1 block walking distance. YES!

My first impression was the desk agent attempting to charge my card for $700 which was the cost of my entire stay that I had paid for in full on Expedia.com. The beds were too hard and the pillows were too soft. Slept horrible both nights. Water gets all over the floor when you shower and you can’t barely feel the air from the a/c so it can feel stuffy at night. You definitely hear a lot of noise from the street. The only good thing is the location.

Greenville is a super nice town . Great food and things to . AC is rightbin middle of all of it . Will be back around Christmas time .
