El lugar es bastante agradable, amplio, limpio, seguro y cómodo. Sin embargo, lo que no me gustó fue que no hacen la limpieza ni tienden tu cama. Cuando fui a preguntar para que limpiaran la habitación me comentaron que lo hacen cada 5 días de estancia. Yo me quedé 3 días y sólo me cambiaron las toallas. No me gusta que se ahorren el servicio de limpieza, ya que para eso mejor reservo un airBNB y no un "hotel" en expedia. Gracias.

Very easy check-in because there is a person at the front desk, unlike many small places. Amazing rooftop. The place is small but very functional and really good attention to detail. It's at the edge of condesa so a short walk to the heart of it. 100% would go back

A pesar de haberles acreditado que era un cliente Expedia Platinum y que en mi reservación se señalaba que tenía una botella de vino de cortesía y un ascenso de categoría (corroboré que había disponibilidad), el establecimiento me ignoró por completo y no quiso otorgarme ninguno de esos beneficios.

Me gusto que la habitación tiene muy buen espacio. El pero es que esta frente a una universidad y en las mañanas hay mucho movimiento y ruido.

O apartamento é ótimo e bem localizado. Cama extremamente confortável, ar agradável e um bom chuveiro. Não tem serviço de arrumação de quarto e faltam itens básicos na cozinha, como esponja para lavar louças e panos de prato.

The hotel is in a very noisy area and the walls are incredibly thin. It was impossible to sleep or get any rest so I left after the first night and stayed in a different area. Also, requesting basic items was a hassle since I am not fluent in Spanish.

Hace mucho ruido, se escucha todo en la habitación, no te hacen limpieza diariamente

El lugar es lindo pero el ruido a partir de las 5am es molesto, de mi parte no hubo tema por que es hora despierto y entreno pero si hay mucho ruido, necesitaban ventanas de doble vidrio

Cumple con relación precio calidad, tuvimos algunos detalles pero los resolvieron en tiempo y forma. Regresaría a hospedarme sin dudas.

Great location and great room! It also has an amazing rooftop! Areas of improvement: Not consistent presence at the front desk (you don’t have a “key”, so you can’t get in yourself and have to wait for someone to let you in the building), and they don’t give you a new towel every day (you have to bring old wet towels downstairs and then they’ll exchange and give a new one but you may not always have time in a rush)
