I stayed here for two days after my surgery, it was a quiet and clean community!

Being on the 3rd floor with no elevator was very hard with all the luggage. Would not recommend unless you want to walk stairs all day. Units are very dated on the outside. Clean on the inside. Affordable unit. Easy check in and check out.

Everything was fine. The dishes were a little dirty, but there was soap and a sponge to wash them. I also received a message telling me to let them know when I was leaving. Despite that, someone came in even though we had an hour left. They didn't knock, they just came in. When they saw us, they left. It would also be great if they put extra blankets or a couple of board games. the place was quiet and peaceful.

I loved this apartment and its facilities. Will totally come back. So worth every penny

Visiting this weekend for a family function with my family. Apartment is very bare bones, so bring everything you need. No coffee pot. Extra blanket (there was only 1) literally smelled like urine. A lot of ants in unit. Huge bright flood lights outside of every window. Neighbors leave trash in hallway and in the morning there were shrimp tails, chicken wings and pizza all over the hallway. Also, beware traveling with kids because their noise alarms are extremely sensitive. I got multiple alerts for excessive noise because my kids were playing and “being loud” (during day time only). Beds are not that comfortable and couch looked gross with tons of stains. If you are absolutely in need of a cheap spot for a night, stop here, but otherwise pass this unit over. It’s not the nicest overnight stay you’ll get!

The bathroom needs a major update. The counter is ancient and the lighting is so bad I couldn't shave. Also, all furniture is old and stained. I wouldn't stay here again until they fix this place.

It’s a very beautiful property. The one thing I didn’t like. Was they have garbage service picks up at your door outside?-twice they took the garbage on the bin and small pieces /chicken bones etc garbage was all over the floor from one side to another.

Roach infestation. This place has roaches. Then they moved me to another apartment that was also roach infested. The second apartment had roach traps all over the place. So they knew that there was a problem. In addition they have old garden style bathtubs that are stained and the bathroom tile grout situation was not good. The patio balcony was dirty also. My comforter on the bed was also dirty. It took a lot of effort and several days ti get them to agree to let me out of the reservation. They kept talking about coming in to spray the apartment, like I live there or something. I had to get my bank involved it was a total nightmare! Disgusting!

La.cama muy comoda el apartamento precioso, el mantenimiento del edificio en el exterior (pasillos) podria mejorar limpieza, pintura, etc, asi como la limpieza de la piscina.

I had 9-10 cockroaches over 3 nights. The first night one ran across the floor and another was in the sink. I bought raid so the next days they died when they entered the apartment. I was disappointed because ive stayed here many times before, in the same unit, and have never had an issue. They said they couldn’t do anything bc they only spray once per week.

The property and apartment had everything we could want except Fox News Channel and a grab bar near the shower tub.

10/10 enjoyed my stay here

Great place on a gated community

Great stay and place was as described. Will definitely book again. Make sure to bring your own supplies as the kitchen was under stocked but other than that, the place was great with great communication.

The apartment was very nice and clean. I was impressed with the facility. The communication was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay at Kasa Wellington. I will definitely rebook it for another trip.

My family and I stayed from 7-6 - 7-11. The first night when we got to our room we realized the door woukd not lock behind us. I contacted Kasa via messenger & phone. There was a lot of back and forth on if it wad going to be fixed that night. After hours of not knowing for sure and being told someone was then told no not until the next day, we were able to just switch units. The unit we stayed at for the remainder of the time was nice, but there was a few things I noticed that I brought to their attention. One of the things being there was something stuck in an outlet (maybe a broken piece of a plug of some sort) this was in my daughter's room she stayed in. She didn't plug anything in it once she saw that. Another thing is I was told I would be getting a 50 dollar refund for my inconvenience for the lock and having to switch rooms. It's been a full week and I have yet to be refunded. Besides all of that, Wellington is such a beautiful town. We enjoyed the pool and did have a good time. Tina H. Maryland
