The location is conscientious—a bit tricky to access at first, but once you’re acclimated, it’s actually quite convenient. That said, the biggest downside was the air conditioning. The hotel only offered portable AC units, which were completely inadequate during our stay—especially considering we were there during one of the hottest periods. The AC situation made the room miserably hot, and unlike other hotels we stayed at in Italy, this one did not have a proper cooling system. To make things worse, the cleaning staff would shut off the AC while we were out, so it would take 6+ hours to get the room remotely comfortable again. Also worth noting: since the AC was portable, we had to keep a window open, which somewhat defeated the purpose of trying to cool the room in the first place. Overall, not a terrible stay, but the lack of functional air conditioning significantly impacted our comfort. This place could be great with a better climate control system.

We paid for air conditioned rooms, but it was not working. The shower was smaller than a cruise ship’s. The buffet breakfast was very good. The television was position improperly for viewing.

Within walking distance to all the tourist sites and restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning could be better especially for those of us not used to the Rome climate. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

Some staff are helpful and friendly, some not so much. We would 100% not have booked this hotel if it was disclosed that their AC was broken. Also to keep telling us that its on and working was ridiculous. We did not get a single good night's sleep in this hotel. Also to not have control of your own room temp in your room is insane, having to constantly call down to the front desk to turn the fan on or AC system is annoying and inconvenient. Also quite loud in the room, can clearly hear other guests in their rooms.

Not clean, the place seemed run down, awful breakfast, and an uncomfortable bed. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a convenient location.

Easy walking to markets and forum.

Excellent place to stay. Fully renovated rooms and professional staff. 4 stars only because i didn't try the breakfast. Otherwise all other services were 5.

Room was a decent size although there was no Mirror in the actual bedroom. The bathroom was well appointed but in the morning the water flow reduced to a trickle when everyone in other rooms was getting ready. Could not have a window open because of the noise from 6.30 am, could not control the a/c in the room, had to call reception to adjust the A/c. Did not appreciate a chasing call at 1040 because we had not checked out by 1030, even though the hotel was not full.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und nur ein Katzensprung nach Trastevere entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt.

Muito bem localizado. Quarto digno, limpo, moderno. Mas sem luxos. Vale o investimento.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet, men heldigvis i en stille bakgate/bakgård. Rommene er som forventet til denne prisen i sentrale Roma - små, men helt ok. Det daglige renholdet består av å skifte håndklær og re opp seng, men den faktiske vaskinga og støvtørkinga er fraværende. Resepsjonen er døgnåpen og de som jobber der er svært hyggelige. For oss var rommet alt vi trengte - beliggenheten var upåklagelig.

We had a great stay the location was great for us and the hotel room was nice and clean. Only thing we did not like was that the ac seems to be controlled by the staff in the main lobby and it barely seemed to be working and was extremly hot in our room even though we asked for the temp to be coolet

Difícil encontrarlo, pero ya una vez ahi todo muy bien

We really enjoyed our stay! Really clean and right in the middle of everything. Only issue was that people made quite a lot of noise one night and woke us up but that can’t be helped.
