This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic drinks past 12am. Worst was, one of the nights the wifi stopped and guests had to pay for data.

The entire staff from concierge to room service were exceptionally friendly. The property itself was very well kept and felt new. With that being said, it lacks things to do bits either the pool or a restaurant apart from the two hours of nightly entertainment. There’s a lot of missed opportunity. There should be more things to do for adults. Maybe a rec room or daily activities at a designated pool and MUSIC. They don’t play enough music. It was relaxing but quite boring.

The room was very clean and the whole property was delightful. This resort is worth every penny you spend on it.I would say my only “complain” is that access to the beach is minimal and small wish there would have been much more than the part allowed. Otherwise the food, the staff and the resort is chefs kiss.

Beautiful property! There’s a lot to do with the family. The staff was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay

from someone who gets very scared of which resort i should go to when travelling, i would highly recommend this place. The drinks are great, and the food is good compared to other resorts. The service especially Jesus and Eliana is so great with awesome vibes, energy and effort. i recommend this resort for family’s with numerous amount of activities from making sushi and dancing in the pool. i highly advise you to visit this resort!!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.

Very nice property only issue that we faced was first the rooms smelled like mop water room was nice but reeked of dirty mop water. Second the buffets food was always cold or lukewarm. Property is nice good stay other than that.

Super clean room, shuttle service was very responsive, making restaurant reservations was easy (steakhouse has the best food), lots of free activities on property. Only complaint we were not told we needed close toed shoes for the bike tour so we ended up having to cancel. Also wish they provided shuttle service from airport.

Amazing resort, kids friendly

Wish they had some sort of a buffet open during the dinner hours every night. Our first night of arrival no buffets open and all the specialty reservations were gone. No choice but bar snacks or the grab and go. Not a pleasant first night welcome dinner.

The wonderful resort and beautiful people … the most amazing trip

Very family friendly, food was delicious And good service. Beach is very nice but is a little rocky. In love with the Spa. I would definitely recommend and come back.
