员工服务周到，食物也不错。房间虽然比较简朴，但还算舒适。热水淋浴不太给力，水压也比较弱。不过，这里仍然是个不错的休闲度假之所。

房间干净舒适，早餐也很美味，别墅景色优美，而且可以直接通往海滩。

我们晚上很晚才到，但那里没有人。他们只在晚上9点之前提供服务。他们给我们发了视频，告诉我们如何进入房间。

问题是很多猫会爬上餐桌，而且餐厅周围弥漫着猫屎的味道。所以请把猫赶走。

Staff ramah dan sigap. Kamar-nya bagus, bersih, dan luas. Minta tambah extra bed, masih luas loh. Dapat fasilitas electric kettle. Rasa makanannya enak. Salah satu yang terbaik dari hotel dan resort di Bira yang sudah pernah saya kunjungi 😍

We have had an awesome family holiday. Facilities, amenities, location and food are all good, specially their friendly staff very helpful and guide us well to enjoy our visits to Bira.

We are booking for family in borneo, but we had some bad experience in our room, in borneo A some animal came to our room, can't use wifi in room, ac is not cool, lamp in toilet is too dark too, aminities is not complete because don't have toothbrush, in borneo B, lamp is too dark, No aminities in our room, can't use wifi too in room, in toilet why jet washer leaking, your staff already know, why not repaired and we order tomyum friedrice no taste at all.
