Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".

機場接送巴士安排很差，由機場去酒店，每日只有三班，由酒店去機場每日只有三班，座位少，住客需要到達機場，然後聯絡酒店要求機場巴士服務，像我這種遊客只有漫遊卡，不能致電本地電話，然後等兩小時才有車接送，真的非常不便。我建議酒店不應該註明有機場接送巴士，反而其他附近的酒店是不斷循環來回機場和酒店，方便得多

The hotel was fine. It seems new but the vinyl flooring in the room was coming up.

The staff were great. The computers were down when I first checked in. Later when I finally was able to check in. This was not the staff’s fault and they handled it very professionally.

We absolutely loved the breakfast! The staff were friendly. The manager was very welcoming! He always smiled and talked to us and said hello.

All of the front desk workers were great, including Alina. The staff at breakfast were amazing and very helpful and nice. The manager was around in the morning to ask about our stay, and in general the hotel was in quite good condition for the price. Would book another room again!

We had a horrible trip upon arriving. The airline left our luggage out in the rain, so EVERYTHING was soaked. The staff at the hotel helped us so much and we were so appreciative. Job well done!
