Awful. We picked the “pay at the hotel” option that Hotels.com offers but they did not honor that. We were driving in from California and we arrived at check in around 3:10. When we got there they said they cancelled my reservation because they tried to run the card i used to reserve months ago that morning and it didn’t go through (i was going to use a different card at checkin like the option i chose). They said they can give me a room but they are sold out and can now only give me one bed and not the two i reserved. Then told me to wait in the lobby until they took up a rollaway bed to the room because it would be “awkward “ to be there when they put it in the room. Finally they said we should be fine to go up. When we get there the bed is just sitting in the hallway anyway. After we bring it in ourselves two workers knock on door and start talking but don’t speak English i believe asking if we took the bed and then left. So i had to sleep on the awful roll out bed after the long drive. Then the next morning we had a do not disturb on the door but someone starts repeating knocking on the door way before check out. I finally get up to answer it and the worker is walking away saying never mind. Honestly just awful. There are three other hotels way closer to the stadium if you are going to a game or concert.

I love staying at this property. It was my second time. The property and the rooms are very clean and they have a restaurant/bar which came in handy. Very quiet hotel. All the staff I met were friendly and professional. Close to alot of shopping and restaurants. A casino is even close by. I highly recommend this place for a good stay.

Very neat and clean. Restaurant was great food and good service. However the front desk service was not good until the last day. The front desk staff was not friendly seem like she didn’t want to be there.

Clean, quiet, safe, great parking, big room, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't ask for more than that.

Close to Westgate and State Farm Stadium, walkable. Spacious. Comfortable. Nice view. Restaurant food is amazing and good atmosphere. Staff on check in was helpful and let us check in early. Exit staff kept his ear buds in the whole time and wouldn’t help us find a rolling cart. Not impressed with that. Everything else was great. Will stay here again.

The hotel clean, neat, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was so conveniently close to the entertainment district.
