The hot water supply in the lobby has often been unavailable and I couldn’t find anybody to refill it. The flat shelf in the bathroom was small and slippery, and my stuff fell down every time I took a shower - my phone screen broke because of this! You should have added a more secure shelf or at least added guardrails so my personal belongings can be kept from slipping down.

Happy with my stay. Property was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly

I really like the hotel, really clean, staff really nice and helpful. Parking was no issue. The breakfast was ok, one of the hot items was cold, but the rest were ok. The only thing i found a little annoying is that the toilet was taking a long time to fill up in my room. Other than that, I do recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were nice.

Location had me a bit concerned but turned out this Hotel was top notch: quiet, very comfortable beds, and the usual HI breakfast, which for a hotel free breakfast is quite good. Oh, the property itself is in excellent condition overall, inside and out.

Simple check in, great staff, clean large room, shower was huge & amazing. Great place for the night.

First room we checked into was disgustingz we checked under our bedsheets and saw a used box for a “strapon” immediately changed into another room but felt uncomfortable for the rest of the stay. Won’t be staying here again. The breakfast in the morning didn’t have any pancakes or cinnamon rolls.

It is clean and the staff is nice. Not much to do around the area but there is a grocery store close

Clean, everything function to expectation, no fuss no hassle, great value

Overall our stay was a pleasant and comfortable one. The $10 per day parking fee was unexpected though. Breakfast in the morning was great. Place was clean and room was comfortable. My partner did have a negative experience while vaping just outside of the property but it was more about the population in the area rather than the property itself. So if you are a female that smokes or vapes and have to do it off property, expect to be solicited.

I would stay here, again. Parking is limited, unless you pay the $10 fee to use the underground garage. I wanted a hotel in proximity to the airport, and this was a reasonable compromise between that and price.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. Area restaurants were limited, but one good mexican restaurant was nearby. Hotel parking fee seemed a little high.

Everything was clean, the only recommend is if you can ask about a room away from the elevator. Because our room was near to the elevator and it was so noise.

To much noise

Very clean, lots of parking. Decent toiletries, especially nowadays when there's just the wall bottles that get refilled. The linens and towels were clean and had no odor to them, which is rare. The only complaint I have is bit of noise which the hotel can't really control because people just don't have manners anymore.

Clean and does the job, run by nice and hardworking people too, they deserve your business!
