泳池宽敞干净。游戏室配有电子游戏机、乒乓球桌和斯诺克台球桌。工作人员友好热情，乐于助人。房间的维护可以改进。

住起来很愉快，但是没有儿童游泳池。

除了早餐，一切都还好。早餐的菜品让我很失望。我们早上7点左右到餐厅，70%的菜已经吃完了。而且，竟然没有椰浆饭🥲。我猜这应该是每家酒店早餐的必点菜品了，即使是经济型酒店也提供。非常失望。感觉早餐不太适合马来西亚人。请改进菜单。其他一切都很好。

酒店员工很友善，房间非常干净。

Ingin menginap disana lagi karena tempat nya nyaman

The staff are friendly and helpful. Even the foreign security guards are good in English and communication. The place is great overall. The room is ok for the price. I got medium-size fridge (I love it) in the hotel room but the space is a little bit limited and tight (I booked a twin room with my buddy). The location is very near to HCTM UKM (800m) and behind is this hotel is the famous Tasik Permaisuri Cheras. There are eateries nearby (I ate in nearby foodtruck place) and within this hotel itself there are 7-eleven and Starbucks. There are great swimming pool (open 7am-9pm) , gym (24-hour) and many game rooms in 6th floor. There are others in level 3A (spa, warm swimming pool, many game rooms etc.) but it is only for residents, not for hotel guests. However there are no clear signage about this I only found out about this on my own when my access card could’nt access the facilities in level 3A. Only then I flind out about facilities in level 6. My access card also can’t access the elevator in West wing (there are three elevators) I can only use it with East and Central (lobby) wings. After 10pm the gym can only be accessed through West wing so there comes the problem. Despite this I love this hotel and have a mostly great experience. I will come again.

Too noisy especially from groups

The choice for food is limited. The hotel is just like an elderly place to stay

Cozy place to spend the weekend with your kids also provided with a clean park Taman Tasik. Will recommend this place.

Hitel sangat bagus utk keluarga...ruangan luas, wifi kencang, TV Udah HD, jdi anak2 senang...kamar bersih, kamar mandk bersih, handuk lengkap sayang tidak ada teh dan kopi tidak ada sandal jauh dr pusat kota.

Hotelnya nyaman dan suasananya menenangkan. Fasilitas dan akses ke ukm bisa jalan kaki. Jogging tracknya bagus dan lingkungannya penuh pepohonan dan ada danau. Sayangnya variasi breakfastnya kurang dan sangat pilihannya makanannya kurang banyak. Omelet dan pancake tidak tersedia.

I had unpleasent check in process with the reception. Unpleasent check out process too from the same person, who is a trainee. Very disappointed stay after so many rounds in the hotel.

OK, but room has not enough things to use (ex: slippers.).

Very comfortable, will come back when visit Kuala Lumpur again ☺.

Hotel room is comfortable, enough parking space. Friendly staff, nice decorations and swimming pool got park view.

The scenery from the hotel room was so beautiful, the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and clean.

They said parking free but every time I in out a fews time was charge 6dollar.

Simple and clean hotel, value for money.

Its been the third time staying here. Love the place, very comfortable, staffs are all very nice. Definitely come again.
