Villa nya bagus nyaman bersik tapi sayang terlalu banyak peraturan masa anak-anak lebih dari 2 harus kena cash, padahal anak masih usia 6 tahunanaa, pelayananan nya aga kurang minta kesed kamar mandi dari pertma cek in d kasih esok hari nya.

We re stay at 3br villa for 3N. Villa bedroom cleanliness was good. Staff also friendly. But the facilities are not good on the villa. Soap and shampoo bottle just put in the floor. When we take a shower we need to get it from down floor. Hair dryer need to ask to villa staff. TV also not in Ready Mode. After we check in at evening, its not ready to be use. Need to ask for staff help to setting tomorrow. My hair is wet for first night we came. The swimming pool also not interesting. We ask to clean the water but they only clean the leaves and put more caporit in it. For my family. Its not a good experience that we expect for staying in villa.
