Unfortunately we had to check out after just one night (no refund for the other two nights booked) as it was just not suitable for a young family. The hotel could have been amazing, but it just isn't well maintained. Towels are worn and torn, room didn't feel clean. There was a gecko that kept pooping on us while we slept. The room was pretty dark and there was no AC in the living area, which made it quite hot. The road to the hotel is very small and makes it difficult for a car to reach the hotel. The hotel is also very far from anything at all and there is no restaurant at the hotel so getting food can be quite a challenge. Very disappointed.

The major problem here is cleanliness. The room is not ready to stay and the furnitures never been taking care of. This resort is located in the jungle so the noise and insects will be there. No privacy imagine I woke up in the morning walked out of my room and some guys next to the pool. I do not recommend and I won't stay in this resort again.

Villa was dirty, blanket had a lot of dirt spot. The pool had a lot of dirt and fallen leaves, apparently the pool were not full so the leaves stay in the pool and after it full the dirt and leaves were gone but the bottom of the pool still had dirt as the filter doesn't works well. All of the pillow smell bad, it had musty smell and also had some dirt on it. All of the sofa including sofa bed also very dirty, had a lot of spot on it, we even ask them to clean it but they say it could not be done. Villa actually had a great design and beautiful view but the maintenance were very poor.

Even though the place is in the middle of nowhere, the staff here were extremely hospitable. Whenever I asked for help, they supported me immediately.

Vilanya bagus banget, bersih, worth the price suasananya cocok buat bulan madu, tenang. Makananya juga enak, pelayananya ramah wc bersih, we will back here🫶🏻

Well the villa was nice, but there were so many bugs around. When we sprayed the room with insecticide, they were falling from the roof to us on the bed. Then there was the problem of hot water; There 's not enough hot water to fill the bathtub. When I asked the guy he said to wait 15mins. I waited for an hour but it was still cold! Location was pretty good, it was quite close to center Ubud, but you will need a car or a motorcycle. Overall it 's a 6 outta 10.

Amazing stay! Wonderful experience. Really enjoy my stay, very peaceful and calm, with the spacious room, comfort bed, bath tub fit for 2 people, exciting swimming pool with jungle view. The air is fresh and the room is cool even with no AC on. The best place I'm looking for my short escape from busy city. Definitely will go back! It's located a bit inside of the village, but still accessible. Better own bring snack/food if not going anywhere. The room is very near from the lobby, and the parking lot is also convenient. Need improvement: Water for bath tub was not hot enough, only warm water and then it turned cool water, so need to take some time to fill entire tub.

Dapet kamar yang kurang private!

Pelayanan baik, tempat bersih, tapi kolam berenang terbuka, kamar mandinya kaca transparan tanpa penutup sedangkan di sebrang ada kuli lagi bangun dan ada kandang kambing jadi dari pagi sampe sore rame orang. Bingung cara mandinya gimana, masa telanjang sambil diliatin orang, gak ngerti konsepnya gimana

Kamar view nya kandang kambing, gak sesuai foto, dan jalan yang di lewati jembatan jurang dan jauh kemana-mana dan bisa sampai ga ada makanan di resto siap-siap ga makan, karena panggil grab gak ada yang mau letaknya susah di jangkau pakai mobil.

Staff hotel sangat ramah tetapi kebersihan sangat kurang, sprei banyak bercak darah, sudah di minta untuk ganti yang baru tetapi tetap saja banyak bercak darah.

Overall, a pleasant stay! (-) 1. The access from the main road to the villa can be troublesome as it was very small and dark. Would not recommend to stay here if you are not renting a car. 2. The cleanliness and hygiene can be improved as we found stain in our bed sheet and cigarette in our bath room. (+) 1. Serene and peaceful surrounding, very relaxing. 2. Spacious and have a complete amenities including glass, stove, fridge and water dispenser. 3. There is a beautiful rice field that you can visit by renting a bicycle with an amazing sunset view. 4. Bed was very comfortable and provide a good night sleep. 5. Design of the vila is very beautiful!

Pelayanannya ramah, kamarnya juga overall is good but attitude cara melayani tamu melalui online nya kurang banget dan saya juga gak tau kenapa kamarnya bau banget dari toilet sampai kamar, sehingga saya harus membeli pengharum kamar sendiri.

Villa nya sesuai foto. Tapi jalan masuknya jelek & sempit banget. Kebetulan mobil saya pendek, jadi sampe kena bawahnya :( Belum sampe villa uda stress duluan karena mobil lecet bawahnya 😭. Terus ga ada makanan apapun di sekitar. Jadi harus persiapan snack di kamar.

Bagus banget! Yang 2 kamar itu dia udah bisa netflixan, kamar mandinya yaampun nature banget sebagus dan seluas itu juga. Dan resepsionis + cs nya baik-baik dan mau bantu-bantu.

Semua fasilitas sangat memuaskan.

Ok sich, bersih n nyaman. Jangan lupa bawa stok makanan.

All rooms and facilities including private pool are all excellent. However the breakfast menu needs a lot of upgrading. They only provide fried rice which doesn't taste good and the side dish is very humble.

Vila nya enak, sesuai dengan foto, kamarnya cantik dan pelayanan juga oke. Fasilitas pun oke, tapi sayang tujuannya sewa kamar ini biar private, tapi bagian belakang kamar ke kolam itu berbatasan dengan kampung dan ada kandang kambing juga pembangunan villa jadi banyak tukang seliweran.
