前台很难联系到，所以我只能去大堂要纸巾或毛巾。除此之外，一切都不太好。

位置不错。找不到酒店入口和礼宾部。需要打电话到酒店寻求帮助。不知道他们有免费停车，结果周末一律收费10令吉。房间有点旧。总的来说，如果有客房促销，可以尝试入住，否则就这个价格，还是选择一家更新的酒店吧。员工是宝贵的财富，一定要留住他们！

Staff was extremely helpful with our needs and professional in serving guest. Love the atmosphere and ambiance of the whole place. Parking was super safe and convenient. Strategic location. Walking distance to Pavilion, easily avoid traffic jam. Every Friday noon, there will be food market held along the road of E&O entrance.

Kamarnya luas. Bersih, rapi, gampang cari makan, lokasi enak. The best.

Staff was friendly and service was top-notch! Love the cozy apartment, will come back again!

Staff-nya ramah, pelayanannya memuaskan, sangat recoment. Ke Bukit Bintang jalan kaki sekitar 10 menit.

Saya berkesan menginap di sini, kamar-nya besar, bersih, dan pelayan-nya sangat ramah, terutama kepada Pak Muhamad.

Sangat mengesankan menginap di E&O, kamarnya luas, bersih, dan pelayanannya sangat baik.

A big room worth of money, however the bed soft and floor wooden uneven! Dangerous, especially kitchen area. Carpark for hotel guest not visible, the stickers sticked on the floor, front desk did not explain clearly and wasted the time to find about 10 mins, carpark exit not clearly said no left turn! Should have a big signage on the wall at wall out.

Great Kuala Lumpur gateway. Everything is perfect.

I thought I got queen/king bed instead of twin bed.

When we checked in the room, we notice that the bedroom have leakage and the mold was there. This is super unacceptable for the hygiene concern, mold can cause several of bacteria in the room and we request to change another room. Another was dirty and the bedsheet have yellow stains. How horrible?

Kamar besar bersih dan pelayanannya baik.

The place is spacious, and the furniture and house equipment are complete. I love staying there, even if only for one night.

The staff was great, location also nice nearby restaurant and convenience store. They upgraded my room to suite. My kids were happy and the room is huge, large, and clean.

Kamar tamu luas, kamar mandi bersih, bisa rame-rame, suasana tenang, termasuk murah untuk di KL. Pasti akan menginap lagi.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom! And a bottle of water that have drank leave in the kitchen cupboards! The aircon is not cold enough in the bedroom! The cupboards look so old. The location is good, just need to walk around 10min to get into pavilion.

We checked in the hotel at 1130pm. The first room that they gave us, the air conditioning was not working. We tried many ways to turn it on, in the end still not working. We then go to reception to request change a new room for us because it was already 12am and we were so tired at the moment, we haven't shower, we were sweating because the room is very hot as well. But the reception told us to stay in the room and wait until the technician come. I didn't know what they were thinking, the lobby is colder than the room so we insist to wait at the lobby. After 20 minutes, they finally offer us a new room. Luckily the air conditioning works fine. Then this room, 1. Broken roller blind (some roller not working, some almost fell down and hit me) 2. Smelly master bathroom toilet bowl. 3. Master bathtub floor area is dirty (has the stain) 4. Master bathtub leaking (water slowly leak) 5. Master bedroom fewer 13amp plug can be use. 6. Kitchen floor was sticky. Overall view and location is good. We did enjoyed a bit on that stay.
