The location and the apartment was nice but the attitude of the host was unacceptable. The host did not contact me in advanced and I was the one who have to reach out for them. They neither head up about the parking fee nor the parking procedure so my family got kicked out of the garage in the middle of the night and had to look for a parking lot outside of the building. They didn't even apologize for the incident but blame it on my family who knew nothing and the security team. Worst customer service I ever experienced.
