酒店非常友好，靠近市中心，尤其是滨海湾金沙酒店和夜生活场所，而且交通便利，方便搭乘地铁/公交/出租车。

这是我第二次来到 Galaxy Pods，我非常喜欢它。

很好，靠近市区，附近有餐馆可以买吃的。

第一次住胶囊旅馆，感觉棒极了。干净，工作人员乐于助人。之前我们预订了两晚，工作人员帮我们多住了一晚，因为我们非常喜欢住在这里。睡得好又舒服。这是目前为止镇上最好的胶囊旅馆。

员工友善，接受提前入住。 靠近 Qlark Quay 地铁站。

Pelayanan oke, staff nya friendly, buat yang sering solo backpacker, ini bisa jadi pilihan deh. Akses ke kota juga dekat, banyak makanan dan convenience store di area hotel.

The hotel was really good! Lokasinya strategis banget. Ke mana-mana jadi dekat. Suasana hotelnya juga enak. Saran: - Bisa bawa sapu lidi kecil buat bersihin kasur. Soalnya pods hotel gak bersihin kamar tiap hari kayak hotel biasa. - Bawa sendal rumah - Orang yang tingginya di atas 160cm mungkin akan agak kurang nyaman. Soalnya panjang kamarnya sekitar 160cm aja Will back here when I visit SG again ❤️

The hotel's location is close to Singapore city centre and MRT/bus stop. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in Singapore.

The pods is really clean and overall facilities was awsome.

My first time staying in a capsule hotel and it was a correct decision. Nice place to stay. Hopefully they can expand more place.

It was nice to spend time there for short business trip.

Resepsionisnya sangat tidak ramah. Saya datang lebih awal untuk check in namun tidak bisa dan harus menunggu sampai jam 2. Lalu saya bertanya apakah boleh nunggu di sofa samping resepsionis tidak bisa. Resepsionisnya bilang tinggalkan barang aja dan tunggu di luar sampai jam 2. Saya memutuskan menunggu di luar hotel, kebetulan ada meja dan tempat duduknya. Lalu saat ada bule yang datang, di sambut baik dan dibolehkan menunggu di sofa. Saya bertanya lagi ke dua kalinya ke resepsionis yang berbeda, namun responnya juga sama. Sangat tidak ramah sekali dan angkuh.

The location is within walking distance to bus station and Clarke Quay MRT station. The female staff who was working night shift at the lobby on 28/9/2026 was very rude, easily triggered, cranky-not suit her role at front desk. Please teach her some manners and how to deal with clients!

Stayed there from May 17-May 20. It was so noisy because people stayed below us. People should be warned not to be noisy after 8 PM. The noise kept going until midnight. The guys were speaking with speaker phone over and over.
