Rooms were very clean and up to date

The hotel was perfectly located for the JazzFest that happened to be going on when we arrived in Rochester. The staff were amazing - always positive and helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean. The gym was great - even has a Peloton! We'll stay there again for sure!

Beautiful updated room. The "accessible" room was just not. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre.

Centrally Located

The hotel is new and modern and is conveniently located in downtown Rochester. The room was clean and as advertised. I did not eat at the restaurant and parking was free. Some extra’s like coffee and slippers would’ve been nice but overall it was a nice one-night experience.

The staff was very friendly. The whole hotel was clean. The breakfast was excellent. It was a very enjoyable stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great place to stay especially for business trips

Loved our stay at this hotel! Very modern and spacious rooms! Close to a nice brunch spot called Locals only. Hotel has shuttles to the Strong museum. Would definitely recommend!

Covered garage, music room, quiet environment. Nice experience.

Hotel was excellent condition and rooms were Excellent and very clean. Free limited underground parking but good for pickups height. Only issue was no breakfast was provided as expected for a courtyard and especially for the price point. All else was excellent over-all.

Property and hotel was amazing as always… Rochester on the other hand is a very sketchy and non trusty worthy area.
