Todo muy limpio y agradable Cerca de una estación de metro que te comunica con el centro sin dificultades.

Cielo Madrid studios is a 3 star choice. The reception hours are limited so if you get there after hours, the staff will give you a code for the door. It is then up to you to electronically check in and be given your room card. We were initially confused about the process but then found the language tab to get the English version. We stayed 3 days and did not get room service. Would have been nice to get a change of towel. Not sure if this was a point we missed with having to put a sign on the door to do so but couldn’t find anything in the room. The rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom small but functional albeit the fan that continually turned on when you moved. This is not an upmarket area of Madrid. It is marketed as the SOHO of Madrid. We found some gorgeous places to eat about 5 mins away which weren’t the Hungry Jacks or commercial choices. Really good food with attentive staff.

Great studio

No pude descansar con el ruido de la nevera toda la noche, además de no disponer de una recepción,. Solicite la factura hasta en 3 ocasiones y me enviaron una que no sé correspondía con lo que abone , .

Super studio, très bien équipé, propre et confortable. Le seul hic pour notre part nous étions là studio #11 près de l’escalier et l’ascenseur et c’était un peu bruyant.

El sofá cama es muy duro. No se puede dar un alojamiento para cuatro cuando dos van a dormir en un sofá muy mejorable. Además el ruido del aire acondicionado y del ascensor durante toda la noche fue constante. La limpieza muy bien y la ubicación buena aunque los alrededores normales.

The room was clean and nice but there was no daily cleaning and we had to go get clean towels from a locker.

Todo bien, lo unico

Un lugar super limpio muy nuevo todo y super cómodo. He estado con mis tres hijos y nos dieron una habitación doble super cómoda. Una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo con tres niños. Me he quedado encantada. La chica que estaba en recepción super amable ❤️ Siempre que vaya a Madrid no dudaré en hospedarme nuevamente allí. Mis hijos encantados con la azotea tan preciosa y limpia que tienen 🥰 gracias...!!! 🙌

Excelente habitación con todo lo necesario para poder comer. Muy limpio y acogedor.

Everything like new, and clean

El hotel y la habitación muy bien, todo muy limpio y muy correcto. Solo tiene una pega y es que la cama era muy dura.

Very clean apartment. Quiet part of town.

Property was clean, looked well maintained, provided the basics in the room however it lacked information and support you would need to know when travelling. It is all self serve and they had no checkin or help desk. Our room was meant to be assigned 24hrs prior but ours was assigned a couple hours before we were arriving, if you didnt have wifi, you wouldnt be able to access instructions to get into your room. We had no information on how to get towel and supplies replaced in the room while there. No info on where to go if you need help/if you need your card replaced etc. Self service is great and you randomly run into one of the staff in the mornings but if u dont run into them, you dont know where to get stuff.

Muy confortable y muy limpio.Muy bien conservado y silencioso. Facil apartamento y metro a 5 minutos. Muy recomendable.

Espacio justo para tres personas. Sofá cama poco cómodo. Almohadas demasiado planas. Hemos estado dos días y no han limpiado desde la entrada. Calidad precio desproporcionada. Por poner algo positivo, se encuentra próximo a la vivienda de mi hijo

Super séjour. Petit contre temps pour le check in. Mais qui a été résolu assez rapidement. Je recommande.
